Southern California properties are facing a spurt in demand. Unlike the speculation ridden market for the past few years, the south Californian property market is affordable. Home prices have plummeted to the Pre 2007 levels or even a decade ago levels. According to Dataquick, the typical mortgage payment in April 2012 was 62 percent below the market's peak in July 2007.

The California Association of REALTORS asserts that recent home prices and บ้านมือสอง ราคาถูก sales volume are the highest in more than two years. At $308,050, the statewide median price is flying above $300,000 for the first time in 16 months. That is certainly good news.

C.A.R. In Southern California, month-to-month home prices are up in every county. Year-over-year, sales volume went up 19. 2 percent in Orange County; it was up 14. 4 percent Santa Barbara and San Diego saw a 9.7 percent increase and Ventura had a hike of 4.8 percent.
