Bangkok Named World 's Best City 2008

วันนี้อ่านพบข่าวดีจากหนังสือพิมพ์ว่า กรุงเทพฯ ได้รับการโหวตจากนักท่องเที่ยวทั่วโลกให้เป็น World's Best City ประจำปี 2551 นี้

การโหวตนี้เป็นการโหวตออนไลน์โดยเว็บ Travel + Leisure ซึ่งทำต่อเนื่องมาหลายปี ปีนี้การโหวตครั้งที่ 13 และกรุงเทพฯได้รับการโหวตเลือกเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง จากที่เคยได้รับอันดับที่สามในปีที่แล้ว

เลยขอเอาข่าวดีๆ มาฝากท่ามกลางความเครียดของคนกรุงเทพฯต่อปัญหาต่างๆ รอบๆตัวนะครับ

Note that this ranking was done by travel and leisure - the best leisure city ? Perhaps, Bangkok could be the best city in some other categories - and never be the best in several others.

Please do not forget that every city in this world has good and bad sides. And ofcourse there must be several categories for the voters to vote for. Sure enough Bangkok was voted the best city 2008 as the result was annouced. If you are thai and do not appreciate the things thai are, it is a pity to say that you better find some other place to live, Bankok may not be good enough for oyu.
