Venezuela's Daniela Chalbaud is Miss Intercontinental 2012
DANIELA CHALBAUD from Caracas (Venezuela) is the new Miss Intercontinental 2012.
After the success of Hannely Quintero in 2009 in Belarus the crown went once more to Venezuela.
On Friday 23rd November 2012 Live from the Eurogress (Germany) the 21 year old Daniela Chalbaud was crowned the new Miss Intercontinental.
She received the crown "Spirit of Holy Water" from last years winner Jessica Hartman (USA) who is now facing a new chapter in returning to her University to finish her studies.
In a colorful show with italian Star Tenor Cristian Lanza, as well Soul Legend Keith Tynes (The Platters) and others, the 53 contestants performed on Stage in National Dresses, Swimsuits and in Evening Gowns.
For the second time the Top 15 have been elected by the international Jury in groups of 3 winners from each continent. Same procedure was for the Top 5, just one winner, the best elected by the judges from each continent came into the Top 5.
