หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Handle overall legal, Compliance and Information System Management matter.
2. Support legal and compliance matter.
3. Draft, Review and negociate various business contract.
4. Perform legal documents and coordinate with relate departments.
5. Perform advise on legal issue for Personnel Section Manager and related department with assignment.

คุณสมบัติ

1. Female/Male 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Law.
3. Thai Lawer's license qualified at least 10 years of post qualified experience gained in Law firm and advisor in house.
4. Extensive knowledge of Thai Commercial and Investment Laws.
5. Ability to review and analyze commercial contracts.
6. Excellent written and spoken in English.
7. Strong interpersonal and presentation skill.

Working Location: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Phase 4, Chonburi
Working conditions:
1. Working day - hours: Monday – Friday 07.50 – 17.20 (245 working Day/Year approximately)
2. Monthly gross salary: Open for discussion or based on company policy.
