เรื่องย่อ : Huo, a skilled martial arts fighter, has not forgiven himself since causing his mother and daughter to be killed by his enemies. He flees his home and goes to a village where he meets two individuals who help him to forget his past and his pain - an elderly woman and her blind granddaughter.

When Huo saves a little boy in the village from a powerful Thai boxer, his love for the martial arts is revived. Not only that, Huo has also discovered a lighter, less aggressive style, which will later become the legendary Missing Fist.

Returning home with his new martial arts knowledge, Huo uses the Missing Fist to defeat a powerful opponent. Huo’s victory is immediately seen as a threat to the members of the Foreign Chambers of Commerce, who worry that Huo’s victory will fan the flames of anti-Western sentiment in the Chinese people.
