ส่วนผสม เนื้อหมู หอมหัวใหญ่ ซีอิ้วขาว ซีอิ้วดำหวาน น้ำมันหอย น้ำตาลปี๊บ น้ำมันพืชสำหรับผัด

วิธีทำ นำเนื้อหมูมาหั่นเป็นชิ้นเล็ก ๆ ซอย หอมใหญ่ จากนั้นตั้งกระทะ ใส่น้ำมันให้พอร้อน ใส่เนื้อหมูลงไปผัดให้พอเริ่มสุก

ใส่หอมหัวใหญ่ลงผัดให้พอเริ่มสุกเติมน้ำเล็กน้อย

ใส่ซีอิ้วขาว ซีอิ้วดำหวาน น้ำมันหอย น้ำตาลปี๊บ ลงไปผัดให้เข้ากัน ผัดเคี่ยวจนเนื้อหมูสุกชิมรสตามชอบ
