 I went to Indochine restaurant to eat Vietnamese cuisine 
Vietnamese cuisine is a variety of foods to eat fresh vegetables in almost every menu.
There are many type of sauce. 
Vietnamese tend to give the flavor of fresh, sweet, sour and spicy. 
Mostly seasoning of Vietnamese cuisine is from South Asia more than China like lemon, tamarind and Vinegar is not popular.
Vegetables of Vietnamese cuisine  is not to be anything. 
But the herbs are fragrant. The properties vary in health care.
There is a special Process often cooked with boiled or eat raw. 
It helps in the digestive system and helps reduce high blood pressure as well.
In addition to being named as a health food, fine then. Also has the advantage
 It's not hard to do yourself.


I usually go to eat the food regularly is Nhamnueng.
It's very delicious and good for health.
Nhamnueng is healthy food because it has many vegetable
like Vegetable patch, mint, lettuce, basil and parsley.
The sauce has sweet taste with Pig roasting Wrapped in a flour.
It's very good !

Sugarcane and Shrimp
It consists of shrimp surimi grilled on a sugar cane stick.
 Then fry it in the hot oil.


Fresh Spring Rolls
it is deep-fried flour rolls filled with pork, yam, crab, shrimp, rice vermicelli, mushrooms  and other ingredients
