ต่อมาลาทาเวียกับเลอโทย่าออกจากวง ฟาร่าห์ แฟรงคลิน กับมิเชล วิลเลียมส์เข้ามาแทนในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ปี 2000 สาวหน้าใหม่ 2 คนปรากฏตัวเป็นครั้งแรกในมิวสิควีดิโอเพลง Say My Name แต่ก่อนหน้านี้ ฟาร่าห์เคยเต้นประกอบในมิวสิควีดิโอ Bills, Bills, Bills ส่วนมิเชลก็พบกับวง Destiny's Child เพราะมาร้องประสานเสียงให้โมนิก้า (ซึ่งตอนนั้นโด่งดังมากจากการร้องเพลงคู่กับแบรนดี้)
วง Destiny's Child ชุดใหม่ออกทัวร์คอนเสิร์ตทั้งในยุโรปและอเมริกา ซึ่งไม่เป็นปัญหาเพราะ Destiny's Child ขยันออกทัวร์คอนเสิร์ตอยู่แล้ว โดยในการทัวร์คอนเสิร์ตยุโรปครั้งก่อน พวกเธอแสดงถึง 18 ครั้งใน 17 วัน นอกจากนี้ Destiny's Child ยังไปเล่นเปิดคอนเสิร์ตให้ Das EFX, ดรู ฮิลล์, SWV, และ Boyz II Men ด้วย
