I pay high respect to the abbot of Dhammakaya Temple
I, Mr. Tony Tseung, am a Senior Engineer of Apple Computer Inc. from Cupertino, CA, USA. Recently, people around the world were sad because of the death of a well-known person who was a founder and CEO of Apple Computer Inc. His innovations such as Macintosh computer, iPhone, iPod, iPad, are very popular.
When the company launched the new product, lots of people lined up very long in front of the Apple Stores in each country to buy it. Apple Computer Inc. is one of the world-leading IT companies because of him Mr. Steve Jobs who always motivated his work determinedly.
Steve Jobs was born in California, USA and lived with his adoptive parents. When he was 17 years old, he went to study in the university and studied only one semester because he thought that there was no interesting subject for him. Because he was a lateral thinker, he and his friend founded Apple Computer Inc. when he was 21 years old.
Throughout his career, he showed how expert he was and he was not only good at making the new innovations which shook the world, but he was also an outstanding dilettante, thinker, and expert speaker.
While he was working happily at Apple in 2004, he found that he had a cancerous tumor in his pancreas but he did not give up. He still worked for his companies until he departed from this world on October 5th, 2011. He passed away with the position of the 110th richest man on the world. His property was $8,300 million.
The abbot, I wrote the letter about Steve Jobs because he was a Buddhist. He had traveled to India when he was young and he decided to believe in Buddhism for the rest of life. He had had an idea to be ordained as a Buddhist monk, but he was busy with his computer development projects so that he missed a chance to do it.

Answer: Before all of my Inner Dreams Kindergarten students around the world, especially the new students, will listen to case study of Mr. Steve Jobs, we have to study and understand first that
Regardless of nationality, religion, or race, if you pass away, you will be reborn in a new realm.
The afterlife exists! It means that regardless of nationality, religion, or race; no matter how old you are or where you are; when you pass away, you will be reborn in a new realm. There are two kinds of realms which are fortunate and unfortunate realms. Simply, when you pass away and then you will be reborn.
His/her good or bad deeds affect on his/her afterlife
Merit and sin according to the Law of Kamma is universal, not depending on any beliefs, religions, or races
About the afterlife, the key factor for the new realms, the fortunate or unfortunate realms, does not depend on anyone to judge or destine your life. But it depends on you that before you pass away, your mind is bright or sad. The brightness or sadness of ones mind depends on the strength of merit or sin he/she did when he/she was alive. The merit and sin mentioned above are the universal merit and sin which do not depend on any beliefs, religions, or races. It likes catching fire with bare hand. Even if you believe or not, you feel hot. Even if you know or not, you feel hot. In the contradiction, if you catch some ice with bare hand. Even if you believe or not, you feel cold. Even if you know or not, you feel cold. Whenever you do, you feel cold.
So, if someone has a bright mind, he/she will be reborn in the fortunate realms. But, if someone is sad, he/she will be reborn in the unfortunate realms. The Lord Buddha taught that if his/her mind was sad, not bright, he/she would be reborn in the unfortunate realms. If his/her mind is bright, he/she would be reborn in the fortunate realms.
There are many levels and kinds of the fortunate realms
Briefly, the fortunate realms have been categorized by the brightness of mind at that time how bright his/her mind is. If his/her mind is a little bright because when he/she lived, he/she made merit and sin according to the Law of Kamma. Simply, he/she did both good and bad deeds, example, going to the temple but still drinking alcohol.
When he/she passes away, he/she will be reborn in the fortunate realm which is comfortable in general because his/her mind is not much bright. Beginning with the realms of the earthsprite, the sprite whose residence overlaps the human residence. It is the realm overlapping or the dimensional overlapping. The realm of the earthsprite is from overlapping the human residence to Catumaharajika Heaven, Himavanta Forest.
Realm of treesprite, the sprite whose residence involves with the trees, example, in the tree, on the tree, etc. Another realm is the realm of airsprite, the sprite whose residence floats in the air. Next are the realms of Naga, Giant, Gandhavas, Garuda, and Orge on the first heaven or Catumaharajika Heaven.
If he/she made a lot of merit when he/she was alive
When he/she passes away, he/she will be reborn in the bright beautiful realm
But if ones mind is so bright that is he/she was kind, loved to do good deeds, helped others, and made a lot of merit such as giving, keeping precepts, meditating, when he/she was alive. When he/she passes away, he/she will be reborn in the bright beautiful realm and will be happier, example, Tavatimsa, Yama, Dusita, Nimmanarati, Paranimmitavasavatti Heavens, or form Brahma realm, etc.
For those whose minds are sad because when they were alive, they made sin,
When these people pass away, they will be reborn in the unfortunate realms.
For those whose minds are sad because when they were alive, they made sin and the sin enfolded their mind, example, drinking alcohol, having an affair, gambling, etc. When these people pass away, they will be reborn in the unfortunate realms. The unfortunate realms are dark, hot, severe, sorrowful, deject, scary, and full of troubles and sufferings indescribably, example, the realms of Naraka beings, Hungry ghosts, Asurakaya, etc. Now you know about the afterlife in Buddhism briefly, lets come to listen to the case study of Mr. Steve Jobs.
Before Mr. Steve Jobs passed away, he worried about many things.
