The Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore is hosting the Thai Festival in Singapore 2026, fully packed with the grandeur of arts, culture, products, food, beverages, and the T-Pop wave.
On July 10, 2026, H.E. Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, the Ambassador-Designated of Thailand to Singapore, officially opened the Thai Festival in Singapore under the theme “Creative Life & Creative Heartbeat.”
On this occasion, the Ambassador paid tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, who propelled the elegance of "Chut Thai Phra Ratcha Niyom" (Thai Royal Traditional Costumes) onto the global stage,
and commemorated the grace of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha. She also reinforced the new image of the Thai economy, which is driven by the power of the creative economy.
The atmosphere on the first day was filled with excitement, beginning with spectacular Thai arts and cultural performances. This was followed by a T-POP mini-concert featuring artist "Nanon Korapat"
and the three talented vocalists from the band "FLIO," supported by GMMTV. They helped create a T-POP phenomenon, allowing Thai, Singaporean, and international fans to fully enjoy and immerse themselves in music from Thai artists.
This year's Thai Festival also features over 100 brand stores straight from Thailand, fully covering six sectors of the creative industry for visitors to shop and taste to their heart's content. Attendees were dazzled by the "Sanook Saneh Thai" (Fun and Charming Thailand)
activity zone by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), as well as a fashion show featuring over 40 traditional and contemporary Thai royal costumes. Additionally, an exhibition showcasing 8 styles of Thai royal traditional costumes is being held in the main hall of the Embassy.
This exhibition aims to raise awareness for the proposal to register "Chut Thai Phra Ratcha Niyom" as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity later in 2026.
The "Nai Waen Khayan Thiao" team would like to express our sincere gratitudeto Ms. Woraphannee Khamrongmanee, Ambassador to Singapore, and Ms. Yatika Kaewborisut, Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Singapore Office, for their support and assistance to our teamand delegation during this trip.
