: Tuna Sandwich (Tuna in spring water/ Cabbage /
Tomato / Thousand Salad Low Fat / Mustard / Boil Egg
2 Whole wheat Bread

------ Step Machine Exercise 15 Minutes ------

I Lost 1.5 kg. on the 1st day
