ฺBad Memory เดือนตุลาคม 2551 หลังจากตัดสินใจลาออกจากงานบริษัทคอนแทงโกจำกัด ด้วยเหตุผลที่ไม่ชอบหัวหน้าคนใหม่ และระบบการทำงานอันน่าเบื่อของผู้บริหาร ที่ต้องยอมก้มหน้าทำไปทุกอย่าง 55555 เริ่มต้นงานใหม่ประมาณเดือน พ.ย. 2551 จากที่เคยมีหลายคนบอกว่าที่นี่มีปัญหาทางเรื่องโฟล์แคช กับซัพพลายเออร์ เราก้ออืมไม่เป็นไรเรื่องซัพพลายเออร์ไม่น่าจะหนักมาก แต่เมื่อเข้าไปแล้วเหมือนเป็นจุดที่โดนมลทินพอดี เรื่องที่คิดว่ามันจะจัดการได้ ก้อไม่ได้เป็นอย่างที่คิด แต่เอาเถอะเรื่องของบริษัทเราเป็นพนักงานก้อทำหน้าที่ของเราให้ดีที่สุดเป็นพอ แต่อยู่มาวันนึง อีกไม่ถึง 3 วันจะสิ้นเดือนของเดือนมีนาคม เดือนที่ทำงานเหนื่อยได้อีก มีงานติดต่อกันหลายอยู่เกือบ 3 ตัว งานใหญ่ๆ ทั้งนั้น ไม่เป็นไรไม่บ่นค่ะ เพราะมันคือหน้าที่ เมื่อมีการประชุมได้รับผลตอบแทนความเหนื่อย ด้วยการจ่ายเงินเดือนครึ่งเดือนค่ะ เพราะโฟล์แคลชไม่พอ อึ้งสิค่ะ ตอนนั้นประมวลผลได้คำเดียวว่าพอแหละ หาที่ใหม่แล้วไปดีกว่า เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปอีก 2 เดือน มีได้ก่อนวันที่กำหนดบ้าง อีกเดือนก้อเลยไปสองสามวัน ก้อคิดว่าโอเค บริษัทจัดการได้แล้วไม่น่าจะมีปัญหาอะไร เดือนมิถุนายน อีกแล้ว สองสามวันก่อนเงินเดือนจะออก เรียกประชุมแล้วบอกว่า เดือนนี้ไม่มีเงินเดือนจ่าย และไม่รู้ว่าจะมีเมื่อไหร่ แม่เจ้าอะไรกันเนี่ย ทำได้ไง นี่คือเรื่องที่หนึ่ง วันนั้นก้อเลยมีคำตอบให้กับตัวเอง ว่าพอแหละ เพราะมีงานทำหรือไม่มีงานทำก้อค่าเท่ากันคือไม่มีเงินเดือน!!! เรื่องต่อมาเมื่อวันที่ 23-26 มิถุนายน เสร็จจากงานวัตสันจบ เป็นไข้ไม่สบายเลยตัดสินใจคืนนั้นไปแอดมิทที่โรงพยาบาลหัวเฉียวเพราะมีประกันสังคมที่นั่น จะได้ใช้คู่กับประกันสุขภาพส่วนตัวและประกันกลุ่มมีตั้ง 3 ประกันยังไงก้อไม่เสียตังค์แน่นอน พอยื่นบัตรประชาชนให้เคาน์เตอร์ คุณขา ไม่มีสิทธิ์นะค่ะ สถานะว่างค่ะ โอ้ นั่นแสดงว่าทางบริษัทไม่ได้แจ้งชื่อเข้าไปในระบบประกันสังคมให้พนักงาน อืม โอเค ซึ้ง วันนั้นทำได้แค่สงบจิตใจ แล้วนอนพักที่โรงพยาบาลให้สบายใจก่อนดีกว่า และยังมีอะไรอีกหลายๆ อย่างที่ไม่ควรจดจำออกมาจากออฟฟิศที่นี่ ตอนนี้ถือซะว่าผ่านพ้นมาได้แล้วก้อดี ตั้งหน้าตั้งตาหางานใหม่ ทำอะไรใหม่ ๆ ให้กับตัวเองดีกว่า สบายใจ ^^ Free TextEditor   Create Date : 27 กันยายน 2552 8 comments Last Update : 27 กันยายน 2552 17:47:46 น.
