Choccy Coffee Swirls
This bun is adapted from the original recipe (Cafe au lait Pan) by Khun Tao-Yipun..please have a look at the link below for the original recipe !And I ,therefore, thank her for sharing such a good recipe!!
Honestly ,I intended to follow the whole original recipe to begin with ..but without a patience ,then I had to adjust it ..just to fit my capacity!!
I also brushed some coffee butter over the dough (at the rolling stage) before sprinkling with chocolate chunks and finished with icing to balance the taste!! It came out good..and top of all is that my little gal likes it!! How could it more perfect ??...right??
