The Other Land + There Is No Silence In This World

On the 26th of October, I have seen two stage plays which are tremendously powerful. The first one is There Is No Silence In This World, a solo performance by San Tawanwongsri. The actor showed himself with female appearance. While he (or she) wandered around the room, the projector screened a footage of 7 Oct 2007 event.

The second one is The Other Land from B-Floor Theatre. (directed by Theerawat Mulvilai) I think I didn't get all messages from the play but the last part was so stunning. The lighting system and sound design gave me a big thrill.

The Other Land made me think of Anusorn Tipayanon's article in Bioscope Magazine. He has said...

"If you can't belong to some place, don't think about changing it. The only way you can do is escaping from that place."
