Day 10 of these games was that of the day after. The day after the amazing Usain Bolt. The world of sport always needs to come down after a high like that and it did. The buzz was a little bit less than other days in my opinion, but there was still a brilliant story of the day and it comes thanks to the Dominican Republic’s Felix Sanchez. He won the 400m hurdles. In exactly the same time he won the same event at the Athens Olympics 8 years ago.
