Have got the recipe from Khunmai Studio's blog. I have never baked sponge cake before. I was quite reluctant to bake because I always have problem beating the butter. However, her cake looks too yummy to not to try.
My cake came out quite flat and dry though. But the sauce was so delicious. With extra kiwi sauce when serving, I like it very much. Yum!
