Preston 1st birthday at Santa Monica Pier บล็อกนี้ขอเขียนควบภาษาไทยและอังกฤษนะคะ เพราะญาติทางสามีที่ไม่ใช่คนไทยจะได้อ่านด้วย เพราะเราเอารูปพวกเค้ามาลงทั้งบ้านเลย ขอชี้แจงไว้ก่อนเลยค่ะว่าภาษาไทยและอังกฤษที่ลงคู่กันอาจไม่ใช่คำแปลของกันและกัน เพราะภาคภาษาอังกฤษไม่ต้องอธิบายสถานที่อะไรมากค่ะ This is a special version blog that contain both Thai and English language. The English part is written specially for my husband’s side of family who don’t read Thai. The Thai and English parts may not consist of the same content due to different nature of targeted audiences. วันนี้เป็นวันเสาร์ที่ ๒๕ ม.ค. เป็นวันเกิดของหลานลูกครึ่งของเราเอง ชื่อเพรสตัน อายุ ๑ ขวบพอดี พ่อเป็นฝรั่ง แม่เป็นคนจีนมาจากเวียดนาม ลูกก็หน้าตาน่ารักอย่างนี้จ้า Today is our nephew birthday. His name is Preston, but we call him “Gerber boy”. Just because he’s so oo cute like this. สถานที่ที่จัดก็คือ ชายทะเลซานตาโมนิก้า ที่โด่งดังนั่นเอง ที่นี่มีที่ช็อปปิ้งมีชื่อเสียงมากๆ คือถนน ๓ หรือ Third Street Promenade ซึ่งจะมีคนเดินมากในช่วงกลางคืน และมีคนที่อยากแสดงความสามารถพิเศษ มาเล่นหารายได้พิเศษ เช่น ร้องเพลง เล่นดนตรี เต้น เล่นกล Today is a beautiful day. It is sunny and warm. Perfect for a birthday party. We went to pick up a tray of chicken and pork satay that we ordered yesterday from Noodle World Restaurant and head to our destination. When we arrives, the sight of the beach and the ocean cheer up our spirit. ภาพสะพานไม้ที่ยื่นเข้าไปในทะเล ที่เราขับรถเข้าไปจอดข้างตึกที่เราจะไปได้ วิวทะเลมองจากสะพาน ทะเลที่นี่ไม่สวยเท่าทะเลเมืองไทย และลงไปเล่นก็ไม่สนุกเพราะ คลื่นใหญ่มาก และน้ำเย็นมาก ไม่อุ่นเหมือนทะเลบ้านเรา ทางเข้าด้านหน้า The entrance of the Carousel Building” The main attraction that makes this a great choice to have a kid’s birthday party is the grand carousel. As soon as we gets there the kids are ready to get on the carousel. They are given the wristband for unlimited ride. How cool is that! เมื่อมาถึงเด็กๆก็รอไม่ได้ที่จะไปเล่นม้าหมุนทันที โต๊ะจัดเสร็จแล้วจ้า The table is set! อาหารและเครื่องดื่มพร้อมแล้วจ้า The food and drinks are ready! ของขวัญก็พร้อมแล้ว The party favors are ready! Where is our birthday boy? เจ้าของวันเกิดอยู่ไหนเอ่ย? มาแย้วค้าบ พ้มมาแล้วค้าบ มากับคุณป้อตัวสู๊ง สูง ทำให้ผมเหลือตัวนิดเดียว Here I am. I’m coming... Um.. Daddy ,do you notice that we match today with our striped shirts? Did mommy pick this out? Daddy just went to say hi to his friends. Yes! This is my chance to show off how well I can walk.
