นายงาน - คนงาน
วินัยชาวพุทธ --> หมวดหนึ่ง วางฐานชีวิตให้มั่น --> กฎ 3 : รักษาความสัมพันธ์ 6 ทิศ --> ก. ทำทุกทิศให้เกษมสันต์ --> ทิศที่ 5
ทิศที่ 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
ทิศที่ 5 ในฐานะที่เป็นนายจ้าง พึงบำรุงคนรับใช้ และคนงาน ผู้เปรียบเสมือนทิศเบื้องล่าง ดังนี้
1. จัดงานให้ทำตามความเหมาะสมกับกำลัง เพศ วัย ความสามารถ
2. ให้ค่าจ้างรางวัลสมควรแก่งานและความเป็นอยู่
3. จัดสวัสดิการดี มีช่วยรักษาพยาบาลในยามเจ็บไข้ เป็นต้น
4. มีอะไรได้พิเศษมา ก็แบ่งปันให้
5. ให้มีวันหยุด และพักผ่อนหย่อนใจ ตามโอกาสอันควร
คนรับใช้และคนงาน แสดงน้ำใจต่อนายงานดังนี้
1. เริ่มทำงานก่อน
2. เลิกงานทีหลัง
3. เอาแต่ของที่นายให้
4. ทำการงานให้เรียบร้อยและดียิ่งขึ้น
5. นำความดีของนายงานและกิจการไปเผยแพร่

Direction : 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
4th direction: As an employer, one should support one's servants and employees, who are likened to the "lower direction," as follows:
1. One assigns them work in accordance with their strength, sex, age and abilities.
2. One pays them wages commensurate with their work and adequate for their livelihood.
3. One grants them fringe benefits by, for example, providing medical care in times of sickness.
4. One shares with them a portion of any extra gain.
5. One gives them appropriate holidays and time to rest.
A servant or employee helps his employer by:
1. Starting work before him.
2. Stopping work after him.
3. Taking only what is given by his employer.
4. Doing his job well and seeking ways to improve on it.
5. Spreading a good reputation about his employer and his business.
