Stir fried Broccoli, Carrot, mushroom with Tofu (Vegetarian)
1) broccoli (cut in pieces) 100 grams 2) carrot (peeled and sliced thinly) 100 grams 3) oyster mushroom 20 grams 4) shitake mushroom 100 grams 5) tofu (cut in bite size) 20 grams 6) Chinese garlic (coarsely chopped)2 cloves 7) vegetable oil 2 tablespoon 8) soy sauce 1 teaspoon 9) seasoning sauce 1 teaspoon 10)sugar 1 teaspoon 11)vegetable soup stock or water from marinated shitake 1/2 cup
1) Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Cook garlic in oil until golden brown and smelled. 2) Add tofu and stir for 1 minute until brown. 3) Add all mixed vegetable in the same times. 4) Add Vegetable soup stock. 5) Seasoning with soy sauce, seasoning sauce and sugar. It is no need to add all. Just taste before. 6) Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until all the vegetables are tender, but not overcooked. 7) Serve immediately.
