Blueberry and Almond Meringue Cake


The original recipe is made for two layers and has a filling in between...but I didn't bother to make it like that ,also I used blueberry instead of blackberry. It's actually a plain and easy cake...what makes it interesting ,to me, is a nice meringue top!

Khun Tiny, I guess you can substitute a frozen one for a fresh one...but the taste might be slightly different !
