แล้วสัญญาว่า หลังส่งทีมฮาวายเข้าที่พักแล้ว จะกลับมา Welcome Barbeque Party กันที่นี่
They promised after taking Hawai team to their place, they will come back to join Welcome Barbeque Party at Tada Farm.

Tada Farm เป็นฟาร์มใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ใน Kamifurano มีวิวของทิวเขา Tokachi Dake อยู่เบื้องหลัง ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งใน Daisetsuzan National Park
Tada Farm is a big farm, located in Kamifurano, having a view of Tokachi Dake mountain as it's background, which is in Daisetsuzan National Park.

Tada Farm เป็นของ Mr. Tada ... เรียกแบบคุ้นเคยว่า Tada San มีภรรยาเป็นลูกมือ เห็นวิ่งวุ่นกันอยู่ 2 คน ตลอดเวลา
Mr. Tada is the owner of this farm, we usually called him "Tada San", having his wife as assistant, both of them are always busy.

Aunt and Uncle………….look exactly like in the card…………..same as the original.

ที่ฟาร์มแห่งนี้ .. มีผลิตผลการเกษตรหลัก ๆ คือ แครอท กับองุ่น มีพื้นที่กว้างขวาง แบ่งเป็นโซน ๆ ...
At his farm, main agricultural products are carrot and grape…………..the wide area had been divided into various zones.

มีที่พักแบบเป็นกระท่อม พักได้ 5 คน (ที่พวกเราได้ยึดครอง 2 คืน) สนนราคา 5,000 เยนต่อคนต่อคืนต่อหลัง (แต่ถ้ามาพักน้อยกว่า 3 คน ราคาต่อหัวจะเพิ่มขึ้น) และมีบ้านเป็นหลัก แบ่งเป็นห้อง ๆ ให้พัก คนที่ใช้รถเข็น Wheelchair สามารถเข้าในที่พักได้สบาย ๆ ... หลังนี้ชั้นบนพักได้สูงสุด 5 คน ชั้นล่างพักได้สูงสุด 4 คน

There is guest cottage, suitable for 5 person (where we enjoyed staying for 2 nights), stardard price is 5,000 Yen/person/night (if less than 3 person, average price would be increased).

The big guest ( inn) house which is divided into many rooms. The facility is also available for the guest who used wheelchair.

Upstair is available for 5 person whileas downstair is for 4.

Let's start our advanture, shall we?



ที่พักของเราค่ะ น่าพักมั้ยคะ ... สุด ๆ เลยค่ะ มีที่นอนมาตรฐานเป็นเตียง 2 ชั้น .. ความยาวขนาดพอดีสำหรับคนขาสั้น ... แต่มีพื้นที่ห้องที่เหลือ กว้างพอที่จะปูฟูกต่อกันได้อีก 3 ที่ นอนพัก 5 คนสบาย ๆ มีห้องน้ำแยกจากห้องอาบน้ำ มีอ่างให้แช่น้ำแบบญี่ปุ่น.. มีเครื่องซักผ้า ห้องครัวเล็ก ๆ ที่มีกาต้มน้ำ เตาแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า ไมโครเวฟ ตู้เย็น .. เพียบพร้อม .. (แต่เราไม่ทำอะไรเลย นอกจากต้มน้ำชงกาแฟจากเมืองไทย กันลงแดง)
Here is our place, is it nice? Yes, it is. We have standard bed, 2 levels, length fitted for short!.......still enough space available in the room, 3 mattress. We are 5 and can easily stay here.
One shower room with Japanese whirlpool , separate toilet, washing machine. Small kitchen with all kitchenware, microwave, oven, and etc… ……we didn't cook anything, except coffee.



มีเถาองุ่นเป็นหน้าเป็นตาอยู่ทางเข้าบ้านด้วยนะคะ เพราะว่าบ้านอยู่ตรงทางเข้าของฟาร์ม เลยมีองุ่นให้เด็ดชิม ( Tada san ให้ชิมได้คนละ 1 ลูก .. แต่กว่าจะรู้ เราก็ซัดไปหลายลูกแล้วค่ะ หวานมาก ๆ )
The vine is the remarkable entrance to the house. Tada San allows us to pick up one grape each, but it's too late, we had eaten many……………so sweet.

ด้านหลัง Farm Inn เป็นสวนเล็ก ๆ .. มีต้นแพร์ญี่ปุ่นเป็นแลนมาร์ค (เราแอบเหล่ค่ะ ... อยากชิมมาก ..) แพร์ต้นนี้ มีมาตั้งแต่บรรพบุรุษของ Tada San .. เพิ่งจะขยายพันธุ์ออกเป็นต้นเล็ก ๆ อีก 4 ต้น ที่สวนที่เรานั่งนี่ล่ะค่ะ ..
Behind farm Inn, there is small lovely garden with pear tree (we secretly stare……………..we want to tast it). Pear Tree was since Tada San's ancestor time, now he has other small 4 in the garden, where we're enjoying.



หลังบ้านมีพื้นที่ไว้ปลูกผัก ไว้กินเอง .. หลากหลายชนิดเลยล่ะค่ะ มีร่องรอยแมลงลงกิน เป็นการยืนยันว่า ปลอดสารเคมีจริงๆ .. ผักอร่อยมาก
At backyard, widely space for vegetables……………many variety of them…………which is real organic.



มื้อค่ำมื้อแรก คือเวลาของ Welcome Party ของทริปนี้.. กินกันสนุกสนาน .. ปิ้ง ๆ ย่าง ๆ ด้วยอาหารขึ้นชื่อของเมือง Kamifurano อันได้แก่ เนื้อหมู เนื้อวัว และเจงกิสข่าน (เนื้อแกะ)
First dinner, Welcome Party of this trip………….great fun……good barbecue……all famous meat of Kamifurano such as beef, pork and Genghis Khan (lamb).



ไส้กรอก และหอยเชลล์ที่ทีมงานผู้ต้อนรับนำมาเพิ่มก็อร่อยมาก ๆ .... ได้ชิมเครื่องดื่มท้องถิ่น อันได้แก่ไวน์ของ Tada San เอง และเบียร์ประจำถิ่น (เมือง Kamifurano ปลูก Hops อันเป็นวัตถุดิบหลักในการทำเบียร์ จึงไม่แปลกที่จะมีเบียร์ ...อย่าถามนะคะ ว่าอร่อยสู้ของไทยได้มั้ย มิใช่คอเบียร์ค่ะ แต่ดื่มได้ .. ไม่ขมมากนัก) 
Nice sausage, and scallop which the staff had brought them additionally, increased unbelieveable delicious. We had tried local drink such as Tada's wine and local beer.
Kamufirano is the area, grown Hops which used as one of material making beer. I have no idea whether Thai's beer or Kamifurano's beer which one is better. However, I had tasted it and it wasn't that bad.

ใครมาพักที่นี่ ไม่มีอาหารเย็นให้นะคะ มีเตาปิ้งบาร์บิคิวให้เช่า ส่วนวัตถุดิบก็ขับรถไปหาซื้อในร้านสะดวกซื้อที่อยู่ไม่ไกล (ถ้าขับรถไป) ... สนนราคาค่าเช่าก็ 1,200 เยน หรือจะเดินไปกินในร้าน 5 นาทีถึง หรือถ้ามีรถขับเอง ก็ขับเลยไปหน่อย ร้านอาหารหลากหลาย ..มีให้เลือก
Usually, no dinner served here, however, you can rent their barbecue facility and get the raw foods locally. Fee is about 1,200 Yen. Alternatively, you can walk 5 minutes to local restaurand or if you drive, there are more choices of various local restaurant around the area.

กว่าจะสิ้นสุดปาร์ตี้ .. ก็เล่นเอาหนังท้องตึงมาก ๆ เลยล่ะค่ะ อิ่มแปร้ ..

อย่าคิดว่าสาวไทยจะตื่นเช้าไม่ได้ ... มีช็อตเด็ด ..ที่พลาดไม่ได้จากการมาพักที่นี่

ผักก็ต้นโต๊โต .. หัวหอมใหญ่ ก็หัวเป้ง ๆ เดินผ่านนี่ หายหวัดเลยล่ะค่ะ ... กลิ่นฟุ้ง..
All Veggie is so big…….huge…………big size of onion…………..just walk pass them, our cold could be surprisingly disappeared by its' strong aroma.

The good manner visiting farm here, we should look from outside, we should not walk into their farm, unless they invite us.



ช่วงเช้า ซีนที่งามที่สุดในสวน คือแถวกอหน่อไม้ฝรั่งค่ะ น้ำค้างหยดพราว .. ที่ฟาร์มองุ่นก็ใช่ย่อยค่ะ .. สวยมาก ... โอย .. มีความสุขจัง

เจริญตา .. อิ่มวิว แล้วหันมาอิ่มพุง..บ้างดีกว่า
Early monring, the best scene in the garden, is a clump of asparagus. Dew drops makes a good shot in this vineyard………nice……isn't it…………I'm so happy.

Good view……….happy mind………..now, I need to fill up my tang………..



อาหารเช้าฝีมือภรรยาของ Tada San ค่ะ ... เซ็ตนี้ 500 เยน (แต่เราไม่ต้องจ่าย) มีซาละเปา (มันจู) ไส้ฟักทอง กับไส้มันฝรั่ง+ข้าวโพด ... อร่อยมาก พร้อมสลัดผักสด ๆ จากไร่ ..น้ำสลัดก็อร่อย มีสลัดน้ำใสแบบญี่ปุ่น กับสลัดครีมสลับวันกัน มีน้ำซุปมิโซะ แบบ Kamifurano ที่อุดมไปด้วยผักในสวน น้ำซุปกลมกล่อมผสมกับความหวานจากผัก .. มีเครื่องดื่มชา กาแฟ หลากหลายแบบ ไม่อั้น
Breakfast, cooked by Tada San's wife……….this set (we haven't paid….) cost 500 Yen. Japanese Dumpling (Monju) filling with pumpkins, potato and sweet corn…………so decilious, served with green salad from this farm……….salad dressing is so remarkable.

Vinegar dressing salad for the 1st day and creame dressing salad on the next day. Miso Soup, served with rich vegetables………..the sweetness of soup, come from various veggie………………big variety of tea and coffee is available.

After meal, you can enjoy shopping many products from Tada farm; 100% carrot juice, fermented carrot and wine.




ในโปรแกรมเที่ยว ... มีเยี่ยมชม Tada Farm อยู่ในโปรแกรมด้วย Tada San เกิดและโตที่นี่ .. เรียนก็เรียนอยู่ รร.มัธยม ที่อยู่ติดกับที่ดินของ Tada San คุณลุงเล่าว่า ตอนเด็ก ๆ หนีออกจาก รร. ตอนเที่ยง กลับมากินข้าวที่บ้านทุกวัน .. ก็แหม ใกล้กันแค่นั้น...
In our tour itinerary, Tada Farm is included. Tada San was born and live here since, his secondary school is just next to his farm, often he run back to have his lunch at home.


เกษตรกรรมใน Hokkaido ส่วนมากจะใช้เครื่องจักรเข้าช่วย เพราะว่าแรงงานขาดแคลน ลูกหลานมักจะไปเรียนหนังสือในเมืองใหญ่ มีส่วนน้อยที่กลับมา แต่พอกลับมาก็จะเอาวิทยาการสมัยใหม่กลับมาด้วย
Farmers in Hokkaido, mostly use machinery in their farms, as the shortages of labor. Their children usually study in big city. Only few, would come back and work at home, if so, they usually take back with them new technology.

ไม่แปลกที่ Tada Farm จะมีเครื่องเก็บแครอท ... Carot Machine ที่ทำได้ทั้งขุด เก็บและคัดแยกหัวแครอท และมีเครื่องจักรไว้ทำหน้าที่อื่นอีกหลาย ๆ คัน
Not surprisingly, Tada Farm has the carrot collecting machine, this machine can dig, collect, select and separate carrot's size. There are many other machineries for other works as well.



เราไปชมไร่องุ่น.. ที่ปลูกโดยใช้สารเคมีน้อยที่สุด .. ไร่องุ่นของ Tada San มีรั้วเล็ก ๆ ล้อมเอาไว้ มีกระแสไฟฟ้าโวล์ทต่ำ ๆ ต่อไว้ด้วย ความว่า เอาไว้กันพวกแร็คคูณ ที่จะมาขโมยกินองุ่น (แหม เพิ่งรู้ว่าแร็คคูณกระโดดไม่เป็นนะคะ รั้วเตี้ย.. มาก)
We visited vineyard…………..minimize all chemical utility……….Tada San has small low voltage electric fence around his vineyard, for protecting a raccoon (I just know that raccoon could not jump)

มีเอ็นใส ๆ ขึ้นไว้ที่เสาของแถวองุ่นแต่ละแถว ..ความว่า เอาไว้สะท้อนแสง ไล่นก และแมลง .. ไม่ให้มากินบุฟเฟต์ที่เถาว์องุ่น .. ไร่ของ Tada San มีแมลงปอเยอะที่สุด เพราะไม่ได้ใช้ยาฆ่าแมลง แมลงจากไร่อื่น เลยมาลงที่นี่เพียบ...
There are transparency finishing lines, around the top of all pillars in vineyard, these lines will refect light which will chase away birds and insects. In his vineyard, there're a lot of dragonflies because he doesn't use any pesticide in his vineyard. And dragonfly doesn't harm grapes.

เห็นแรงงานคนที่นั่งละเมียด ละเลียดกับเถาว์องุ่น..นั่นมาตกแต่งช่อองุ่น เก็บผลที่มีเชื้อรา หรือเสียหายออก ไม่ให้โรคลามไปหากัน ...
We can see his staff, sitting quietly working gentlely with grape vine……….cleap up, cutting, and avoid any damage spread out.

ไม่แปลกใจแล้วล่ะค่ะ ที่ Tada San บอกว่า องุ่นนั้น เก็บกินจากต้นได้เลย .. ไม่ต้องล้าง แต่เก็บได้คนละ 1 ลูก .. (5555 สายไปเสียแล้วค่ะ คุณลุง)
No doublt at all, why Tada San said we can eat his grape without washing just after picking up, but we're allowed one each………..(Uncle, it's too late……..Ha ha)



Tada san จะเดินเข้าไร่องุ่นพร้อมเครื่องวัดระดับน้ำตาล จากผลองุ่น ... วัดกันเป็น scale sucrose ... ถ้ามีน้ำตาลมากก็ได้ค่ามาก จากที่ลอง ๆ วัดกันเล่น ๆ ... ได้ค่าตั้งแต่ 18 - 22 ... อันไหนหวานน้อยก็ทำไวน์ อันไหนหวานมากก็ทำน้ำองุ่น..
Tada San usually walk around his vineyard with his glucose meter. The meter works in scale sucrose. The high sugar shows high scale in result. We get 18-22……..less sugar good for making wine, whileas high sugar, is better for juice.
