Vetgetable harvest at Kamifurano

หลังจากรับประทานอาหารเที่ยงที่ Hanasichiyo เรียบร้อย ..
เราก็เดินทางผ่านท้องทุ่ง.. กว้าง ... อันอุดมไปด้วยพืชพันธุ์ต่าง ... อาทิ มันฝรั่ง หน่อไม้ฝรั่ง Hops


After having nice lunch at Hanasichiyo, we enjoyed walking around………….. the field, very rich of vegetable such as potato, asparagus and Hops.

ในพื้นที่ทุ่งกว้างของ Kamifurano .. เมื่อยามฤดูร้อน จะมีดอกไม้เบ่งบานเต็มท้องทุ่ง .. ที่เด่น ๆ คือ ทุ่งลาเวนเดอร์ ..



In the broad field of Kamifurano…………in summer, flowers are in full bloom on the field, lavender is every where..

ที่ ๆ เราแวะพักชมวิว Senbo Pass ... เป็นอีกที่ ๆ เมื่อลาเวนเดอร์เบ่งบาน ที่นี่จะงามมาก .. ตอนนี้เรามามีแต่ทุ่งเขียว ๆ ก็ยังงาม

We stopped at scenic Senbo Pass…..where it's one the best place when the lavender is in bloom.…..now only green every where but it is still very nice.




แล้วเราก็มาถึงฟาร์มของ Mr.Noguchi เพื่อเรียนรู้เล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ เกี่ยวกับการเก็บผลผลิต .. ช่วงนี้มีมันฝรั่ง ...

Then we visit the farm of Mr. Noguchi to learn a little more about the potato harvest.




สวมรองเท้าผ้า และถุงมือ รับกล่องคนละ 1 กล่อง แล้วลุยทุ่งไปเล้ย...

Wearing shoes and gloves, every one get one blank box, then we're ready, let's go to the farm.

ปกติที่นี่จะใช้เครื่องจักรในการเก็บหัวมันฝรั่ง (ตอนนี้ทุ่งมันฝรั่งไม่มีต้นเขียว ๆ ดอกขาว ๆ .. เต็มทุ่งอีกแล้ว .. ต้นและดอก ยุบลงเหลือแต่เถาสีน้ำตาล .. มีหัวทองคำฝังอยู่ในดินสีน้ำตาล... รอการขุดขึ้นมา)

Usually they used the machine to harvest potatoes. ( Now there're not the potato fields of green and white flowers on full field again…..the rest of the vine and the flowers fall down. There are brown golden head buried in earth…..we dug it up).

แต่ Noguchi San เก็บแปลงมันฝรั่งไว้ให้เราได้ใช้วิธีแบบดั้งเดิมในการขุด นั่นคือ ... มือ... 2 มือที่แม่ให้มา .. ขุด ๆ ๆ ๆ .. คุ้ยดินขึ้นมาจนพบหัวทองคำใต้ดิน...

Fortunately, Noguchi San keep this potato for us, allowing us to enjoy harvesting them in traditional way, by using our 2 hands, digging up these valuable vegetable from underground.



Hokkaido เป็นดินแดนเลื่องชื่อของมันฝรั่ง... ของฝากที่ขึ้นชื่อจาก Hokkaido ก็เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์จากมันฝรั่งนั่นเอง

Potato from Hokkaido is well known and it is one of best gift to buy back for your friend and family.

นอกจากมันฝรั่งแล้ว ... พืชผักที่นี่ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผักกะหล่ำ ผักกาด หัวไชเท้า .. ล้วนแต่ตัวเป้ง ๆ .. อวบอิ่มน่าหม่ำมาก ๆ ...

Not only Potatoes, other vegetable such as cabbages, carrots and radishes, all are in super size and so tasty.



เกษตรกรที่นี่ จะไม่ปลูกพืชอย่างเดียว จะปลูกพืชหมุนเวียนเป็นไร่นาสวนผสม ... อาจจะเห็นทุ่งทานตะวันบ้าง ทุ่งดอกเรป บ้าง... เหล่านั้นเป็นพืชหมุนเวียนปรับปรุงดิน ปลูกเสร็จโตเสร็จก็ไถกลบ .. ดินได้สารอาหารเยอะแยะ ... ไว้ปลูกพืชเศรษฐกิจชนิดใหม่ต่อไป

Farmers in Japan, will not grow only one particular crop. They grow crops rotation in different occasions. You may see Sun flowers, bean and etc. These difffenct crops will improve the soil quality and nutrients.


ได้ของคาวแล้ว (เอ๊ะ มันฝรั่ง เป็นของคาวรึเปล่า) เราไปเก็บของหวานกัน ...
มะเขือเทศของ Noguchi San ... หวานมาก เป็นมะเขือเทศที่ส่งไปยังครัวในโตเกียว.. หวานจริง ๆ .. เด็ดชิมจากต้นเลย .. เป็นมะเขือเทศออร์แกนนิค ไม่มีสารตกค้าง... (แต่คนชิมตาค้าง... มะเขือเทศอะไรไม่รู้ ..หวานมาก ๆ ..)

Now we got the main dish………..(Is potato can considered as main course?) Let's get the desserts.

Noguchi San's tomato is so fresh and sweet. He sent his to tomato to the well known kitchen in Tokyo. It's really cool…………sweet. It is organic, we can just pick it up and eat it fresh.



ยังไม่เสร็จสิ้นขบวนการ หลังจากเราต้องหันหลังให้เรือนมะเขือเทศอันแสนหวาน (อย่างเสียดาย) ... ครอบครัวของ Noguchi San ... อันได้แก่ภรรยาและลูกสาวที่น่ารัก ได้เตรียมมันฝรั่งนึ่ง.. ไว้ให้เราชิม

After enjoy the sweet of nice tomato, Noguchi San's family, his wife and lovely daughter, had arranged steamed potato for us..



อยากรู้มั้ยคะ ... ว่าอร่อยแค่ไหน ... หัวใหญ่แค่ไหนก็หมด .. หนุ่มจากไทย ขอเบิ้ลอีกลูก ... (อย่าคิดว่าเป็นการตัดกำลังบาร์บิคิวปาร์ตี้มื้อค่ำนะคะ .. ดูถูกหนุ่มไทยมากไป)

How nice is it? Doesn't matter how big it is, we really enjoy it, our Thai friend asks one more…………….(we're going to have big dinner afterward, but this is no problem at all for us)



บะบาย ... ฟาร์มมันฝรั่ง... ด้วยภาพนี้.. สาวน้อยกะแมวเหมียว (ถ้าเห็นแมวตัวนี้ก่อนเก็บมันฝรั่ง.. อาจมีลูกทีมหายไปคนนึง..นะคะ .. )

Good bye, potato farm…………………….cute cat with lovely girl (as cat lover, if I see this cat before picking up potato, I would probably disappear from my team)

พอขึ้นรถ .. ใจก็จดจ่อ .. รอลุ้นค่ะ ว่าที่พักของเราจะหน้าตาเป็นยังไง ..

In the bus, my mind wondering around, how our place for tonight where we're going to stay, would look like?

แต่ระหว่างทาง มีเรื่องให้กรี๊ดอีก เพราะรถแล่นผ่านฟาร์มดอกไม้.. Kanno Farm

On the way to the farm stay………….our bus passed flower field………….Kanno Farm, other surpise for today.

ถึงลาเวนเดอร์จะหมดไปแล้ว .. แต่ต้นฤดูใบไม้เปลี่ยนสี ยังมีดอกไม้อื่น .. ไม่เลวเลยที่เดียว .. เที่ยวได้ทั้งปีจริง ๆ .. เกาะหรรษานี้

Lavender had finished now…………it's autumn, luckily there are a lot of other flowers, you can really enjoy all the season




ได้เวลาส่งลูกทัวร์เข้าที่พักแล้วค่ะ ..

เราแบ่งกันพัก เพราะที่พักแต่ละที่ จุคนได้ไม่เยอะ

ทีมจากไทย ได้พักที่ Tada Farm
ส่วนทีมจากฮาวาย ได้พักที่ Pension Stellar .. อยู่ห่างกันขับรถ 20 นาทีถึง

แต่ค่ำคืนนี้มีนัด Welcome party กันที่ Tada Farm...

อุบไว้ก่อนนะคะ ว่า Tada Farm หน้าตาเป็นอย่างไร...


It's time to send tour member to their place, where all will stay over night.

As the place is not space enough for both team, Thai and Hawaii team, will stay in different place.

Thai team, will stay at Tada Farm, whileas Hawaiian will stay at Pension Stellar where is about 20 minutes driving away.

Altogether, we have welcome party dinner tonight at Tada Farm.
