ทริป 3 วัน 2 คืน เริ่มต้นจากรับผู้ร่วมทริป ซึ่งผ่านการคัดเลือก 2 กลุ่ม คือกลุ่มจากประเทศไทย และฮาวาย ... กลุ่มละ 5 คน เต็มโควต้า ...

จับแพ็คใส่รถบัสแล้วมุ่งหน้าสู่ Kamifurano กันเลย

Let's go…………….
3 days 2 nights trip starting from selecting the participants. The 2 groups were chosen from Thailand and Hawaii. The guota is 5 from each group.
Jumped on the bus and headed to Kamifurano.

ที่แรกที่แวะ คือ Hanasichiyo เป็นร้านอาหารน่ารัก ๆ มีของแต่งบ้านแต่งสวน น่ารัก ๆ เพียบ พร้อมกับดอกไม้งาม ๆ กับสนามให้สุนัขวิ่งเล่น (เช่าวิ่งเล่นเป็นชั่วโมงนะคะ)

The first Luch's taken at Hanasichiyo, a lovely sagga shop with flower garden there, with a yard for dogs.

Financially sponsored by the Japanese Government to make the research on Eco Farm Stay and native culture tour for Foreigner Tourist.



มีไกด์สาวแสนน่ารัก Akemi San เป็นล่ามตลอดการเดินทาง

Akemi San, a lovely guide for this trip is also our interpreter.

อาหารที่เสริฟสำหรับการเปิดตัวทริปเที่ยวฮอกไกโด คือ อาหารที่ทำมาจากผลิตผลภายในพื้นที่ Kamifurano แห่งนี้

Meals served as the welcome meals to Hokkaido, was the food cooked from all ingredients, produced locally in this area.



ข้าวสีดำ (บ้านเราก็มีข้าวกล่ำ ) หุงผสมธัญพืช
โคร็อกเกะ Karokke อันมีส่วนผสมของฟักทองกับไก่ ปั้นเป็นก้อนกลม ๆ โรยงา ทอด .. อร่อยมาก (แต่ก้อนใหญ่มาก กินไป 3 ก้อนเล่นเอาจุก)
ปลาแมคเคอเรลย่างซอส
มันฝรั่ง + เห็ด ผัดใส่ซุปเต้าเจี้ยว ถ้ากินทีละอย่าง อย่างแรกจะจืด อย่างหลังจะเค็ม แต่พอเอาเข้าปากพร้อมกัน .. อร่อยกลมกล่อมมาก
พริกหวานย่าง ... อันนี้หวานสุด ๆ ถ้าอยู่บ้านเราจะขอเติม
ซุปสไตล์จีน บอกไม่ถูกว่าใส่อะไรบ้าง

ตบท้ายด้วยพุดดิ้งราด cream caramel


Dark Brown rice ( in Thailand, we had similar one, called Koa Kram) cooked with grains.
Karaoke, a mixture of pumpkin with chicken. Shape into a ball and sprinkle sesame, deep fried. Very tasty and yammy. (It's big, 3 bits could make you full up).
Grilled Mackerel, seasoned with nice sauce.
Boiled Potatoes, seasoned by mushrooms and fried bean. Having them together in one bite, taste is so wonderful.
Roasted sweet bell peppers……This is my favourite, I could ask more.
Chinese soup which I hardly guess what it's ingredients.
Ended by Pudding topped with cream caramel.


หลังการแนะนำตัว แนะนำสถานที่ แนะนำทริป .. เราก็ไปเดินเล่น ชิลล์ ๆ กันด้านนอก ดอกไม้เยอะมาก ถ้าเป็นฤดูใบไม้ผลิ คงมากกว่านี้

After all introduction,………..we took a nice walk around the place, a lot of flower, if it's spring, should be a lot more.



Location : Hanasichiyo, อยู่ใน Kamifurano ใกล้ ๆ Roller Coaster Road ถนนที่เป็นทางชันคดเคี้ยว ถ้าจะมาได้คงต้องเช่ารถเที่ยวอย่างเดียวเลยล่ะค่ะ 
Location : Hanasichiyo, Kamifurano near Roller Coaster Road is a steep, twisty road. Travelling on your own, you have to rent a car, it's only choice.
