I had a piece "pah-kah-mah" from Thailand left (more pictures) and was thinking what to make? I made a pant before with blue pah-kah-mah but it lost with my luggage on the trip from Thailand. Ah! I got an idea . I like overall and never made yet. I chose my one overall in my closet to be my model (look at the picture on top) and copy it on newspaper, then cut as pattern. I got pieces in every part on pattern ,copy to "pah-kah-mah", cut and sew to the overall shape. I wore it but did not fit me because the top pieces front and back too short. I draw a part for make it longer enough for my body and sew. I decided to add button for hold 2 sides strip with the body but I do not know how to make button hole. It was not a big issue for me , then I guess how to make a hole look nice and sew. Not bad! Both side of overall I use button again because I do not know how to add zipper yet. Well! I got my overall. I finished it one day before we went to North Carolina because I wanted to wear it on the trip.
The stories in this blog are the true experiences of everyday life from a regular person, "Me". I have written since I lived in Thailand and have continued to write.I moved away from Thailand and married a man who is totally different from myself in almost every way. I write the blog so I can share my everyday life with my family in Thailand and also to record my memories because nobody can bring back time that has passed but my writing can. If my writing can help anyone as reference information it is good.
