Well since my co-worker will have graduation ceremony at the beginning of next month and now she's fat..so she needs to lose some weights coz she's afraid that she'll look so big in the pics..hahaha
So today she found some losing weights program and she found good one for 3 days...and she asked me to be in lose weight program with her. I was like "No,i'm ok with myself. I can do by other ways..be on diet program is too hard for me." But she said it will be hard for her if she see me eat some snack or go to have lunch,but she couldn't coz she's on diet. It's like I hurts her..hahaha So I have to be on diet with her
For next 3 days, I can't eat anything but these :
Breakfast : - Coffe/Tea withou sugar - 2 Oranges - 1 Whole Wheat Bread without anythin on it - 2 Cucumbers/tomatoes
Lunch : - Coffee/Tea without sugar - Tuna 120 gram - 5 pieces of crackers
Dinner : - 2 Pieces of Ham - Salad without dressing - 200 cc of low fat milk
I'm going to eat like this for 3 days,start tomorrow Wish me luck !!!! haha
So this evening after bought some of these food..I needed to know how weight I am and what I knew is...I've gained 1 kilo from last month!!!!! I can't belive that coz I've worked out a lot for 3 months already..I'm supposed to lose some weights but now I've gained 1 kilo..Oh my god!!!!!But maybe it's because after work out,I eat a lots too haha. It's my faults
Hmmm..I wish I can get through next 3 days and lose at least 1 kilo from this program..(It's really hard for me to lose just one 1 kilo..my weight has been stable like this for many years )
