ไม่ได้เขียนอะไรมานานมากแล้ว........เห็นๆ กันอยู่ เอาน่า....

I feel like...

I need to be more with myself

get myself healed.....(I'm dying to go back to work)

Because I am doing " the meditation center- ศูนย์ฝึกสมาธิ" design project

And a lot of things are going through my head right now.....

The next thing I'm going to do is....

1. doing research, questionnaires

2. attending meditation practice for one day to find out what is really like. Otherwise, I think I may go nowhere....

PS. you need to bound yourself by something to get your self together, or else it may go all over the place.

And I am doing that right now.

but first....I need to get well first!
