Step 1

Wipe your clubs off with a towel while on the course. Do this after every swing where you take up any dirt or grass to remove any loose debris.

Step 2

Use bristled club cleaning tools on the course to remove dirt from the face of your irons during the round.

Step 3

Use tees to remove fine impediments between grooves off of the course.

Step 4

Fill a bucket with cleaning detergent and use a towel to wipe your club with the soapy water.

Step 5

Scrub your soapy club with a bristled brush to remove any remaining dirt.

Step 6

Dip your club back into the soapy water and rinse with clean water.

Step 7

Dry your club with a dry towel.

Step 8

Scrub with a club cleaning product such as Golf Shine and wipe clean when finished to add extra shine. This can also be done with a window cleaning product or steel shining product.

Step 9

Place your clubs back in your bag to keep clean.
