วันนี้มีเวลาว่างและมี hi-speed เล่นรู้สึกมีความสุขมากค่ะ หลังจากที่เข้าอบรมหลักสูตร MSE มาตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 เมย.หลายท่านสนใจว่าไปอบรมเรื่องประมาณไหน และเป็นห่วงสวัสดิภาพ

กลุ่มของเราเป็นกลุ่มสัญจร ระเหเร่ร่อนจากเดิมที่แผนการอบรมที่จุฬา  สถานการณ์ไม่ดี มีการปะทะกันจนมีผู้เสียชีวิตที่สถานีรถไฟฟ้าศาลาแดง พวกเราจึงย้ายสถานที่มาธรรมศาสตร์ รังสิตก็ยังมีการติดตามมาปะทะให้ได้ตื่นเต้นกันอีก ที่มธ.fascilityไม่ครบถ้วน จึงต้องเปลี่ยนสถานที่อบรมกันอีก เราย้ายกลับจุฬาไม่ได้เพราะที่จุฬาต้องปิดรพ.เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ที่ไม่สงบ สัปดาห์หน้าพวกเราไปดูงานที่สิงคโปร์ หลังจากเสร็จจากดูงานแล้วจะย้ายไปตั้งมั่นที่ศิริราชและจะไม่มีการย้ายอีกต่อไปค่ะ

         การอบรมครั้งนี้เป็นการนั่งเรียนที่ยาวนานตลอดทั้งวัน  หลังจากที่เราพ้นจากสภาวะแบบนั้นมานานมากแล้ว   แต่อาจารย์ที่มาสอนแต่ละท่านล้วนเป็นระดับมือหนึ่งจึงทำให้การสอนน่าสนใจ ไม่มีใครหนีเรียน  หรือเจตนานั่งหลับ  นอกจากนี้พวกเรายังนิยมถ่ายรูปหมู่กับวิทยากรเพื่อเก็บเป็นที่ระลึกอีกด้วยค่ะ

           หลังจากที่ ท่าน ศ.นพ. วุฒิชัย ธนาพงศธร  เคี่ยวกรำพวกเรามาหลาย session  รวมทั้งล่าสุดตลอด หนึ่งวันครึ่ง เพื่อให้มีความรู้ความสามารถ ในการวิเคราะห์ประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์  และวางแผนกลยุทธ์  ได้ทั้งความรู้ และความสนุกสนานพอสมควร       
           ช่วงบ่ายวันนี้อธิการบดีม.มหิดล ศจ.พิเศษ ปิยะสกล  ให้เกียรติมาบรรยาย เล่านิทานเซนประกอบ และเล่าประสบการณ์ความเห็นส่วนตัว หัวข้อ Leadership in a changing world และ risk management
           อจ.ปิยะสกล มีสไลด์ภาพถ่ายสวยงามที่อจ.จัดทำเองทั้งหมดเพื่อเป็นการผ่อนคลาย คงคล้ายการเขียนบล็อกของเรานี่ละมั้งคะ การนำองค์กรก็คือการพากลุ่มคนจากที่หนึ่ง ไปยังอีกสถานที่หนึ่งซึ่งไม่เคยไปมาก่อน    ความสำเร็จขององค์กร คือความสามารถในการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ก่อน  ผู้นำองค์กรเป็นส่วนที่สำคัญ  การนำองค์กรเป็นหน้าที่ของทุกคน ไม่ใช่เฉพาะหน้าที่ของผู้นำ ภาวะผู้นำไม่ได้มีมาตั้งแต่เกิด แต่เป็นจากกระบวนการพัฒนาตนเอง

 อจ.เน้นว่าสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดในการเป็นผู้นำคือ   ต้องเป็นผู้มีคุณธรรม   
           
           สำหรับเรา การมาเข้ารับการอบรม ทำให้ได้รับความรู้ทั้งจากวิทยากร และเพื่อนร่วมชั้นที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานมามาก  ได้เห็นมุมมองใหม่ๆ  ได้รับทราบเรื่องราวใหม่ที่ไม่เคยอยู่ในความสนใจมาก่อน   ต้องปรับตัว ทำความคุ้นเคยกับอักษรย่อ ต่างๆ ทั้งไทย ทั้งอังกฤษ   เช่น TQA ,TQC ,BSC, SAR, KPI,STEER,EPISTEL,Tows ,PEST 7S,CQI,KM,SRQ,CRQs,EMI,SSC  กสพท, ศอร ฯลฯ

           สัปดาห์หน้าจะได้ไปดูงานระบบที่สิงคโปร์  ซึ่งมีเงินทุนจากรัฐบาลสนับสนุนมาก จึงมีความก้าวหน้าทั้งที่ความรู้ความสามารถของคนไม่ได้เหนือไปกว่าเรา ทุกวันนี้เราจึงยังต้องไปดูงานจากเขา  บางครั้งการขาดเงินขาดโอกาสก็ทำให้ดูเสมือนด้อยกว่า ทั้งที่เนื้อแท้ไม่ได้แตกต่างกันค่ะ
