หายไปเกือบครบปี อิอิ ทั้งด้วยภารกิจการงานและเรื่องราวสาระประจำชีวิตที่ใครๆ ก็บอกว่ามันไร้สาระ แต่มี่ก็ยังคงทำให้เป็นสาระกับชีวิตเสียเหลือเกิน งงมะคะ หุหุ

ช่วงที่ห่างหายไป ก็ยังคงทำขนม ทำอาหารทานกับที่บ้านค่ะ แต่ก็ไม่ได้รังสรรค์ทำอะไรให้สวยงามเหมือนเมื่อก่อน เน้นเอาอร่อยและพอใจเป็นหลักค่ะ อิอิ

วันนี้ มีแกงกะหรี่หมูสูตรมั่วมาฝากเพื่อนๆ ชาว bloggang ค่ะ ทำง่ายๆ แต่อร่อยถูกใจ มี่ซื้อตุนไว้ทั้งแกงกะหรี่ก้อนแบบญี่ปุ่น และผงแกงกะหรี่ของเกาหลีค่ะ ที่จะโพสต์วันนี้เป็นสูตรที่ใช้ผงกะหรี่ของเกาหลี ยี่ห้อ Ottogi ค่ะ

มาดูส่วนผสมกันก่อนค่ะ

- หัวหอมใหญ่ 200 กรัม
- แครอท 200 กรัม
- มันฝรั่ง 200 กรัม
- เนื้อหมู 300 กรัม
- น้ำเปล่า 700 มิลลิลิตร
- ผงแกงกะหรี่ Ottogi 1 ซอง
- น้ำเปล่า 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- น้ำมันสำหรับผัด 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ

ส่วนผสมมี่ดูจากหลังซองแล้วกะๆ เอาค่ะ อ่านไม่ออกว่าใช้อะไรเท่าไหร่ อิอิ

วิธีทำ

1. เริ่มจากหั่นผักต่างๆ ไว้ก่อน จะหั่นเป็นสี่เหลี่ยมลูกเต๋าหรือหั่นง่ายๆ แบบนี้ก็ได้ค่ะ

2. สไลซ์เนื้อหมูเป็นชิ้นบางๆ (หรือจะหั่นเป็นชิ้นตามชอบก็ได้ค่ะ)

3. นำผงกะหรี่ Ottogi เทใส่ถ้วย เติมน้ำ 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะลง คนให้ละลายรอไว้ค่ะ

4. ตั้งกะทะไฟปานกลาง ใส่น้ำมันสำหรับผัดลงไป พอร้อนก็ใส่หัวหอมลงผัดให้สุกใส มี่ใช้เวลาประมาณ 3 นาทีค่ะ

5. เติมแครอทลงไปผัดต่อ อีกประมาณ 3 นาที

6. แล้วใส่มันฝรั่งลงไปผัดด้วยค่ะ ใช้เวลาอีก 2-3 นาที

7. ตามด้วยเนื้อหมู มี่ทำที่ว่างตรงกลางไว้เนื้อหมูจะได้โดนน้ำมันและรับความร้อนตรงๆ ค่ะ ยีๆ ให้กระจายตัว พอเริ่มเปลี่ยนสี ก็ผัดคลุกเข้ากับผักต่างๆ ได้เลยค่ะ ผัดพอสุก ก็ยกลงค่ะ

8. ตักส่วนผสมที่ผัดเสร็จแล้วใส่หม้อขนาดย่อมๆ แล้วเทน้ำ 700 มิลลิลิตร ใส่ลงไปค่ะ หรือดูแค่พอให้ท่วมส่วนผสมก็พอค่ะ จะได้ไม่ต้องเคี่ยวนาน มี่ใช้เวลาประมาณ 9 นาทีเองค่ะ

9. พอซุปเริ่มเดือดก็ค่อยๆ ใส่ผงกะหรี่ที่เตรียมไว้ลงไป คนให้เข้ากันค่ะ แป๊บเดียว แกงกะหรี่จะเริ่มข้นขึ้นเอง

10. ปิดไฟ ไม่ต้องยกลงจากเตานะคะ เพราะตอนนี้แครอทกับมันฝรั่งจะยังไม่นิ่มมาก ตั้งทิ้งไว้อย่างนั้นก่อนค่ะ ความร้อนที่ยังอยู่จะทำให้ผักค่อยๆ นิ่มขึ้นเองค่ะ

เสร็จแล้วค่ะ แกงกะหรี่หมูอย่างง่ายๆ รับซักจานไม๊คะ

สรุปว่า มี่พอใจกับผงกะหรี่ยี่ห้อ Ottogi นี้ค่ะ คงได้ซื้อต่ออีก รสและกลิ่นสัมผัสออกมาได้ค่อนข้างถูกใจที่บ้านค่ะ กลิ่นไม่แรงเท่าแกงกะหรี่แขก สีก็สวยกำลังดีค่ะ ผงกะหรี่ยี่ห้อนี้จะมี 3 ระดับ คือ Hot, Medium และ Mild ค่ะ มี่เลือกแบบ Medium มาค่ะ รสชาติไม่เผ็ดเลย ถ้าใครชอบเผ็ดคงต้องเลือกแบบ Hot และอาจจะต้องเติมพริกไทยเพิ่มอีกตะหาก อิอิ
