ประทับใจเหมือนหลาย ๆ ท่านที่เคยอ่านและทำ reviews ไว้ เป็นแฟนเหนียวเเน่นแล้ว ตอนนี้จ่อเรื่องถัดไป glory in dead ไว้แล้ว


ไม่แน่ใจว่าติดใจเสน่ห์ ของ Eve หรือ Roarke กันแน่ แต่ที่แน่ ๆ เวลาเจอกันทีไร น่าร้ากก ที่สุด อ่านไปอมยิ้มไป ทุกทีจริงๆ

ในส่วนของการสืบสวน เกลียดพวกข่มเหงรังแกผู้หญิงเข้าเส้นอยู่แล้ว มาอ่านการสืบสวนแบบนี้แล้ว ยิ่งได้อารมณ์ แบบว่า อารมณ์ สะใจมาก ตอนที่ Eve ชกหน้า ไอ้ฆาตกร แบบไม่ยั้ง ( ตอนท้าย ๆ เรื่อง ) สะใจเพราะ ฆาตกรไปสะกิดแผลของ Eve เข้าเรื่องจะฆ่าEve เสร็จแล้วขอบอกไว้เลยถึงแม้ Eve จะไม่รู้แล้วเพราะมันจะข่มขืน Eve ด้วย นางเอกของเราโมโหมาก ชกแบบ ไม่ลืมหูลืมตาเลย Roarke กับ คูหูนางเอกพังประตูจะเข้ามาช่วย ตอนแรกตกใจ นึกว่าEve ตกอยู่ในอันตรายที่ไหนได้ กำลังต่อยเจ้าฆาตกรมันเลย

โร้ค ไล่อีฟออกไป อีฟหันหลังกำลังจะเดินออกไป โร้ค แอบ กดล๊อคประตู อ๊ากกก ทันใด ก่อนที่อีฟจะถึงประตูไม่กี่นิ้ว อีฟหันหลังกลับ และ ...
อีฟ : ( Fury on her face ) "All right.Goddamn it, all right, you win. I'm miserable. Itn't that you want? I can'tsleep, I can't eat. It's like something's broken inside me, and I can barely do my job. Happy now?"
โร้ค : " Should I be."
อีฟ : "I'm here,aren't I ? I'm here because I couldn't stay away from anymore." Dragging at the chain under her shirt, she strode to him "I'm wearing the damn thing."
"A lot you know," she muttered and swung around " It make me feel like and idio.This whole thing makes me feel like an idiot. So fine ; I'll move in here. I'll tolerate that insulting robot you call a butler. I'll wear diamond. Just don't." She broke ( จขบ. เริ่มกัดผ้าเช็ดหน้าบีบคั้นอารมณ์) covering her face as the sobs took over. "I can't take this anymore."
โร้ค : "Don't. For Christ's sake, don't cry." ( จขบ.เริ่มกัดผ้าเช็ดหน้าเเรงขึ้น )

โร้ค : "Throw something.Take a swing at me." (อ๊ากก แมนม๊ากก)
อีฟ : "Don't. I need a minute when I'm making a fool of myself."

Ignoring her, he gathered her close (อ๊ากก).She pulled back twice,was brought back firmly against him. Then, in a desperate move, her arms came around him,clutched."Don't go away." She pressed her face to his shoulder."Don't go away."
Roarke : "I'm not going anywhere."
Roarke : "I've been right here all along. I love you, Eve almost more than I can stand." ( อยากจะกริ๊ด ดังๆ)
