Anyone have any idea about what this means ? Yesterday, as I was heading down Jaran Sanit Wong Road, I saw a goup of Tuk Tuks with the message plastered on the side.

Whoever hired them certainly made an impression. They crawled down the road around 5km an hour and made the usual rush hour traffic jams much worse than normal. One of the motorbike drivers near where I live was still complaining about it this morning.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the new constitution and urging people to vote no ??? but it would be good to know exactly what the words mean.
