Ingredients for 2 People 1 cup Oysters 2 Egg 1 Tablespoon tapioca flour 1/4 cup Water 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar 1/4 Teaspoon salt 1 cup bean sprouts 2 Tablespoons Chopped Spring Onion 2 Tablespoon Oil Stainless Steel Hot Plate
Preparation 1. Put oil in pan turn heat on high . 2. Mix the oysters ,flour , water Sugar,salt together. 3. Add the oysters mixture into the pan. Stir to avoid lumps forming. 4. Whip the eggsi n a mixing bowl 5. Pour the whipped eggs over oysters mixture and mix which you continue to fry the oysters , until the egg is cooked. 5. In another pan, add the oil in a heated frying pan wait until it is hot add the bean sprouts and fry for 30 seconds. 6. Serve on a stainless steel plate, over a heater.
Serve With Soya Beansprouts Flaked Dried Chilli Sugar Vinegar
