เชียงรายไนท์บาซ่าร์(Chiang Rai Night Bazaar) ร้านป้าอ้วน บัวลอยมือถือ  เป็นร้านขนมหวานที่ขึ้นชื่อและมีเอกลักษณ์เป็นของตัวเองในเชียงราย โดยตั้งอยู่บริเวณทางเข้าเชียงรายไนท์บาซ่าร์ที่เมื่อมาถึงเชียงรายแล้วต้องมาลองชิมสักครั้ง หากมาเชียงรายแล้วไม่ได้มาชิมบัวลอยมือถือก็เหมือนกับมาไม่ถึงเชียงรายเพราะร้านนี้ป้าเจ้าของร้านเคยถวายงานสมเด็จย่ามาก่อนในห้องเครื่องมาก่อน ซึ่งเป็นร้านเล็กๆที่มีพื้นที่ไม่มากพอที่จะตั้งโต้ะอำนวยความสะดวกให้ลูกค้าได้นั่งชิมทำให้ต้องซื้อมาถือไปกินไปเดินซื้อของไป จึงเป็นที่มาของ"ขนมบัวลอยมือถือ" ร้านบัวลอยมือถือจะมี บัวลอยหลากหลายรส เช่น ไอติม ไข่เค็ม ผลไม้รวม ซาหริ่ม และงามะพร้าว ที่สำคัญถ้วยที่ใส่ขนมบัวลอยยังทำมาจากใบตอง กะลาของกะทิ และถ้วยกระดาษ ซึ่งเป็นเอกษณ์อย่างยิ่ง สำหรับราคาแล้วจะตกอยู่ถ้วยละ 25 บาท แต่หากเป็นนักเรียนที่ใส่ชุดนักเรียนจะตกอยู่ที่ถ้วยละ 20 บาท สำหรับเวลาเปิดให้บิการจะเป็นช่วงเวลาประมาณ18.00-21.00น.
