I am coming back, gradually

  July 2013, at the peak of my journey to the better body.  At that time motivation, support, knowledge and will power was at the all time high.  Then again, I stumbled and fell from the wagon.  

No one but myself to blame. 

I came to realize how badly I slipped when I saw the picture of myself taken by other people...

The woman I love also said that she "can't feel any personal attraction from me at all".

No more time to waste, I am coming back, gradually.
