ครั้งนี้ผมก็มีตัวอย่างจดหมายชี้แจง ซึ่งก็ไม่ใช่จากใครที่ไหนแต่เป็น จม.ชี้แจงกรณีไฟในอาคารที่ผมทำงานอยู่ดับไป ซึ่งก็มีคำศัพท์และภาษาที่ใช้น่าสนใจอยู่ไม่น้อยเลยอยากเอามาฝากกันนะครับ ...ผู้อ่านท่านใดมีข้อสงสัยหรือข้อแนะนำก็เชิญได้เลยนะครับ
Dear Valued Tenant,
Refer to the power outage incident occurred on Wednesday 25th around 13.25hrs, MEA clarified that it was caused by an accident happened to MEAs cables. During the blackout period, the backup power generator generated the emergency power and supplied to the emergency system such as emergency lighting in common area, standby lift, fire alarm system, fire pump system etc. including the hooked unit.
The overall power supply later resumed to normal operation around 14.25hrs.
We have enclosed MEAs letter dated 25th January 2012 for your reference.

เนื่องมาจากกรณีไฟฟ้าดับที่เกิดขึ้นในวันพุธที่ 25 เวลาประมาณ บ่ายโมง ยี่สิบห้านาที การไฟฟ้านครหลวงขอเรียนให้ทราบว่าสาเหตุนั้นเกิดขึ้นเพราะเกิดอุบัติเหตุกับสายไฟฟ้าของทางการไฟฟ้านครหลวง. และในช่วงเวลาที่เกิดไฟดับ ระบบไฟสำรองของเราก็ทำการจ่ายไฟสำรองฉุกเฉิน และหล่อเลี้ยงระบบฉุกเฉินต่างๆ เช่นไฟฉุกเฉินตามที่ต่างๆ, ไฟเลี้ยงสำหรับลิฟต์, สัญญาณไฟไหม้, ปั้มน้ำดับเพลิงตลอดจนมาตรวัดต่างๆ
เครื่องจ่ายไฟทั้งหมดได้กลับเข้าสู่สภาวะปรกติ ในเวลาบ่ายสองโมงยี่สิบห้านาที
