whahaha I experienced the same with one staff. I can remember her exact name from her name tag "Ja" . I was there a month ago with my friend who typical Thai called Farang. This staff starred at me like I was a freak or an alien from mars. Why? Only because I was there with farang? I think she need to make up her attitude and put up the effort on services intead of bad traetment to her customer. Will I go there again? I would say NO!

I think that staff must be the same as the 9 & 10 mention above. There are not lots of staffs at Drift, she is the one with the Chinese look.
If there are so many complains come up like this, Hilton should pay more attention to improve the attitude of the staffs. I'm a big fan of Hilton chain and always choose to stay there first, but because of this incident, I already booked to stay in other hotel instead of this one.
I hope K. Lune or other Hilton Pattaya employees will come back and see the comments so you will know what customer received from your service.
