ได้เวลามาเขียนเล่าประสบการณ์การขอวีซ่าเชงเก้นเข้าประเทศฝรั่งเศสให้เพื่อนๆพี่ๆน้องๆท่านไหนที่กำลังมองหาข้อมูลนี้อยู่ค่ะตอนที่ตัวดิฉันเองวางแผนจะขอวีซ่าก็เข้ามาค้นหาข้อมูลจากเว็บบล็อกต่างๆจากหลายๆท่านที่ได้แชร์ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ไว้และเป็นประโยชน์อย่างมากในการเตรียมตัวขอวีซ่าของดิฉันนี่เป็นการเดินทางไปฝรั่งเศสครั้งที่สองในชีวิตของดิฉันซึ่งแตกต่างจากครั้งแรกมากเนื่องจากครั้งแรก (เมื่อหลายปีก่อน) ดิฉันขอวีซ่านักท่องเที่ยวและไปแค่หนึ่งสัปดาห์และการขอวีซ่าแต่ก่อนนั้นอื่นกับทางสถานทูตเองโดยตรงและดิฉันมีเอกสารครบถ้วนตามรายการที่สถานทูตกำหนด และได้วีซ่านักท่องเที่ยวมาภายใน3 วันหลังจากยื่นเอกสาร

แต่ครั้งที่สองนี้มีหลายอย่างที่ทำให้ดิฉันกลุ้มและลุ้นกับการขอวีซ่าจนหืดขึ้นคออย่างที่เขาว่ามากันจริงๆไม่ว่าจะเป็นเหตุผลเรื่องช่วงเวลาในการขอซึ่งค่อนข้างใกล้วันเดินทาง ประเภทวีซ่าซึ่งจะเกี่ยวข้องกับเอกสารต่างๆที่เราจะต้องเตรียมและหนังสือเชิญ ใบที่ขอจาก Town Hall ในเมืองที่เจ้าของบ้านอาศัยอยู่รวมทั้งเอกสารการเงินและเอกสารประกอบต่างๆตามที่ทาง TLScontact กำหนดมาให้หลังจากที่ดิฉันได้ทำการกรอกข้อมูลการขอวีซ่าและนัดหมายผ่านทางระบบนัดหมายของTLScontact ในเว็บไซต์ https://www.tlscontact.com/th2fr/login.php

ก่อนอื่นขอแนะนำว่า เมื่อทราบว่าจะต้องเดินทางไปฝรั่งเศสให้จัดการนัดหมายในการยื่นเอกสารขอวีซ่า หากต้องการยื่นผ่าน TLScontact ให้เข้าไปสร้างบัญชีในเว็ปไซต์ของTLScontact ก่อนค่ะหลังจากนั้นทางระบบจะส่งอีเมลล์เข้าใน Inbox ของอีเมลล์ที่เราใช้ในการสร้างบัญชีเพื่อยืนยันการใช้งานและดำเนินการกรอกข้อมูลในระบบเพื่อการนัดหมายขอวีซ่า (หากไม่ดำเนินการภายใน 15วัน บัญชีที่สร้างไว้จะถูกตัดออกจากระบบโดยอัตโนมัติและต้องสร้างบัญชีขึ้นมาใหม่ค่ะ)เราสามารถที่จะเลือกที่สร้างเป็นข้อมูลที่แก้ไขได้และบันทึกเป็น draft ไว้ก่อนในระบบแล้วค่อยมาแก้ไขเมื่อมีข้อมูลครบถ้วนแล้วหรือถ้ามีข้อมูลทุกอย่างครบถ้วนอยู่แล้วและมั่นใจแล้วว่าจะไม่มีการแก้ไขอีกก็ดำเนินการได้เลยค่ะอย่าลืมเลือกประเภทวีซ่าที่เราจะขอก่อนนะคะ เมื่อกรอกข้อมูลทุกอย่างเสร็จแล้วก็เลือกวันนัดหมายในระบบได้เลยค่ะเสร็จแล้วก็ print เอกสารใบนัดออกมาสำหรับเตรียมเอกสารและนำไปในวันยื่นวีซ่าค่ะ

• Valid for Schengen Area if you apply for short stayvisa

• Valid for DROM or CTOM according to your itinerary

2. The insurance must cover medical fees and repatriationcosts up to 30,000 euros (around 1.5 milion bahts)

3. The insurance coverage should cover the wholeperiod of your stay in the Schengen Area

8. Lodging attestation issued by the local town hallof host person residence covering the whole period of

ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมค่ะ

ตอนที่ทางแฟนดิฉันบอกว่าเราจะเดินทางไปเยี่ยมครอบครัวของแฟนที่ฝรั่งเศสสองสัปดาห์และมีเวลาเตรียมตัวหนึ่งเดือนแต่สำหรับดิฉันมันน้อยมากค่ะ เพราะดิฉันเพิ่งเปลี่ยนงานและเริ่มใหม่งานได้แค่ 2 เดือน ถ้าจะขอแบบท่องเที่ยวเกรงว่าการขอวีซ่าแบบท่องเที่ยวช่วงเริ่มงานใหม่จะเป็นเหตุผลที่ฟังไม่ขึ้นอาจจะทำให้ดิฉันตกม้าตายวีซ่าไม่ฝ่านเอาง่ายๆเลยตกลงกับแฟนว่าเอาเป็นว่าขอวีซ่าเป็นแบบเยี่ยมส่วนตัวระยะสั้นก็แล้วกันและทางแฟนดิฉันได้แจ้งกับทางครอบครัวว่าจะต้องเตรียมเอกสารอะไรส่งมาให้บ้าง ทางครอบครัวแฟนใช้เวลาในการขอเอกสารรับรองที่พักจากTown Hall ของเมืองในฝรั่งเศสประมาณ 5 วันค่ะ (ต้องใช้สำเนาหน้า passport ของเราด้วยนะค่ะ อย่าลืมนะคะ) และส่งเอกสารตัวจริงมาทางไปรษรณีย์ก็ใช้เวลาหลายวันเหมือนกันค่ะถึงก่อนวันยื่น 1วันแบบเฉียดฉิวมาก

เอกสารการเงินของดิฉันก็ print สำเนารายการเดินบัญชีจากทาง internet banking และเซ็นกำกับทุกหน้าค่ะและเงินในบัญชีก็มีแค่สี่หมื่นบาทเองค่ะ แต่มีรายการเดินบัญชีตลอดดิฉันมีสลิปเงินเดือนที่ใหม่แค่เดือนแรกรวมกับของที่เก่าอีกสองเดือนสุดท้าย ดิฉันทำการแปลทุกอย่างด้วยตัวเองและเซ็นกำกับการแปลเองทุกแผ่นค่ะและมีหนังสือแจ้งเพิ่มเติมเรื่องการเงินช่วงเปลี่ยนงานและต้องใช้สำเนาสลิปเงือนเดือนของทั้งสองที่ค่ะ

เมื่อยื่นเอกสารกับทาง TLScontact เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าใช้เวลาประมาณ 6-10 วันทำการ ใช้เวลาทั้งหมดประมาณ 3 สัปดาห์ค่ะคิดว่าน่าจะเป็นช่วงที่มีคนขอวีซ่าเยอะ แต่ดิฉันเครียดมากแต่ก็ดีใจมากเมื่อได้วีซ่ามาและเดินทางถึงฝรั่งเศสและกลับถึงไทยอย่างปลอดภัย
