Responsibilities:
Handles and attends customers’ calls (inbound and outbound) via emails, online chatting tools and phones
Guarantees an unparalleled Customer Service experience and preserve the image of the company since they are the first line of communication within the customers.
Can provide commercial approach to the customer with outstanding capability to present promotions and brand information that aims conversions and brand turnover.
Accomplish targets in terms of handling time, priority set within the department and any SLA provided.
Provides Quality and accurate Service.
Escalates issues to specific superior/s
Follows instructions and help Supervisor and Senior CS
Gathers shift and daily date, makes report and keeps record logs/correspondences
Gives feedback and suggestion to superior for issues and procedures, etc.
Coordinates well with other CS, Superiors and other departments.
Responsible and have the initiative to take part in the department’s growth and development
Provides answers and solutions to the customers in a professional manner
Flexible in shifting schedule
Demonstrates extensive knowledge in products and system tools
Strictly follows internal department procedures and complies to company-wide rules and policy
Any task assign by their Superior
Requirements:

Preferably college graduate with at least 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic computer knowledge: MS Office (Word & Excel), Internet Browsing
Strong Communication skill – Spoken and Written.
Knowledge of poker/casino games an advantage though not essential
Self-motivated and results oriented
Can easily adapt to the environment and business models
Display excellent communication, problem solving and people skills.
Must be independent, self-motivated, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership/responsibility.
Supportive of company goals and objectives, deliver departmental/team results and key objectives.
Display willingness to learn/fast learner
