Riyo and Rachel are invited to take part in the upcoming film, "Fighting" starring Terrence Howard. In production and shooting throughout New York City, the film opens in theaters in 2008.
Rachel and Riyo flipped a coin to see which of the two young film stars, Channing Tatum or Brian J. White, would win the final fight scene. Here with Brian, the ladies decide to wait until the movie is on the big screen to see who wins.

Preceding a special performance of the Radio City Music Hall's Christmas Spectacular and the Radio City Rockettes, Riyo chatted with two of the Rockettes at the USO of New York and Microsoft's "Above and Beyond Awards" and "A Salute to Our Troops" luncheon.
Riyo, Hilary and Rachel settle in to watch a special performance of Radio City Music Hall's 75th Annual Christmas Spectacular. The entire audience was filled with military personnel and their families thanks to the USO of New York and Microsoft.
The girls attended at the Rolex Mentor and Protege Arts initiative dinner at Lincoln Center.

Hilary, Riyo and Rachel volunteer at God's Love We Deliver. God's Love We Deliver's mission is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. GLWD prepares and delivers nutritious, high-quality meals to people who, because of their illness, are unable to provide or prepare meals for themselves.

Katherine Alford of the Food Network Kitchens stops by the apartment to give the girls a lesson in healthy and quick cooking. The girls are outfitted with aprons, a nutrition guide and the Food Network's "How to Boil Water."
The stations are prepped, labeled and ready to go!
The lesson starts with a quick meeting about healthy eating habits and nutritional guide.
The girls get ready to roast some vegetables. Rachel and Riyo help cut the ingredients while Hilary grates the ginger.
Riyo sautes some shrimp under the watchful eye of Food Network's Katherine Alford.
The girls say thank you and goodbye to Anthony and Katherine of Food Network for stopping by and giving them a lesson on cooking healthy!

In a press conference in Nha Trang, Riyo tells members of the press how much she is looking forward to exploring and experiencing the wonders of Vietnam with the 2008 Miss Universe contestants next summer.
