Kanishtha Dhankhar wins Femina Miss India 2011
22-year old Kanishtha Dhankhar (center), a professional model from Mumbai, was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2011 during the annual ceremony of the event, held on April 14th. Dhankar stands 177cm in height and will represent India at the 2011 Miss World contest in December.
Hasleen ...Kaur (22, left), a student of communications from New Delhi, was crowned Femina Miss India Earth 2011. The 175 cm beauty will represent the country at the Miss Earth 2011 finals to be held in December, possibly in Thailand.
Meanwhile, 24-year old Ankita Shorey (right) was crowned Femina Miss India International 2011, giving her the right to represent India in Miss International to be held in China, this October.
Miss India 2010 winners Manasvi Mamgai, Nicole Faria (reigning Miss Earth) and Neha Hinge crowned the lovely ladies. The remaining finalists were Rakul Preet Singh and Ankita Mohapatra.
Sajid Nadiadwala chose Ankita Mohapatra as the winner of Bollywood Diva title. Ankita will be cast in a forthcoming film under Nadiadwala Grandsons Entertainment banner.
20 contestants competed in this years edition of Indias premier beauty pageant.
