[ตา-กลม] พาเข้าครัวทำเต้าฮวยนมสดกันค่ะ.....!!!
วันนี้ได้ฤกษ์ดียามดี....เกิดอยากเข้าครัวทำเต้าฮวยนมสด
เพราะเมื่อวันหยุดยาวที่ผ่านมา ไปเดินซื้อของใช้ในห้างสรรพสินค้า
ตั้งใจจะหาอุปกรณ์ทำเค้ก แต่ดันได้ผงทำเต้าฮวยนมสดมา...
ประกอบกับเคยไปชิมของรุ่นพี่คนนึงแล้วติดใจมากๆ
วันนี้เลยลองทำเองกันดูค่ะ....
ส่วนผสม
นมสด 1 ถ้วยตวง
น้ำเปล่า 1 ถ้วยตวง
นมสเตอริไลด์จืด 1 ถ้วยตวง
นมสเตอร์ไลด์หวาน 1 ถ้วยตวง
ผงทำเต้าฮวยนมสดกลิ่นมะลิตรา Lobo ***(พระเอกของงานค่ะ)
วิธีทำก็ง่ายๆ นำส่วนผสมทุกอย่างมาผสมรวมกัน คนให้เข้ากัน
ก่อนจะนำขึ้นตั้งไฟคนให้ส่วนผสมละลายเข้ากันให้ดีค่ะ
จากนั้นก็เทใส่พิมพ์ที่เราเตรียมไว้ได้เลยนะคะ
และก็ได้ผลผลิตดังนี้.....
ส่วนจะกินกับผลไม้อะไรบ้างนั้นตามใจชอบกันเลยนะคะ
สำหรับใบเตยแล้ว ใบเตยเลือกแคนตาลูปกับเม็ดแมงลักค่ะ...
