Green Curry With Chicken


Ingredients of Green Curry With Chicken

green curry paste 2 tablespoon
chicken slice to a small piece 1 cup
coconut milk2 cup
basil leaves 2 tablespoon
eggplants cut to a medium size a half of cup
chicken soup stock powder 1 tablespoon
sugar 2 tablespoon
fish sauce 3 tablespoon
red chilies slice 2 tablespoon
kaffir lime leaves 4 tablespoon

 

Preparation of Green Curry With Chicken

1. Put coconut milk to a boil in a pan by use medium heat. Boil it around 5 minute
2. Put green curry paste to a pan and stir it.
3. Put the chicken andboil for 1-2 minutes add then putfish sauce sugar and soup stock powder to a pan.
4. Put eggplant, kaffir lime leaves and basil. boil it5 minute and then serve in a bowl.

pad thai seafood


Ingredients of pad thai seafood

Shrimp 1 cup
squid 1 cup
Noodle 1 cup
Bean Sprouts 1 cup
Green Onion 2 tablespoon by chopped
Fish Sauce 5 tablespoon
Oyster Sauce 2 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Sugar 3 tablespoon
Preserved Turnip 2 tablespoon
Crushed Peanuts 1 tablespoon
red chilli 1 tablespoon
egg 2 Eggs
tofu sliced 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
cooking oil 2 tablespoon

 

Preparation of pad thai seafood

1. Heat oilin a pan. put squid and shrimp stir 30 sec and then put egg stir around 10 sec.
2. Put noodle, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, tofu, and water 2 tablespoon.Stir it until noodle soft.
3. Put bean sprouts, preserved turnip, green onionand then cook itto combine.
4. Serve to a dish and then put red chilli, crushed peanut and lemon juice in a Pad Thai.
Soak the noodles about 30 minutes in room temperature water.

chicken cut 6 to 10 pieces
salt 2 teaspoon
sugar 3 tablespoon
garlic mashed 2 tablespoon
onion mashed 2 tablespoon
ginger mashed 2 tablespoon
lemon grass mashed 2 tablespoon
cooking oil 2 tablespoon

 

Preparation of Braked Chicken

1. Prepare a chicken in a bowl. put salt, sugar, garlic, onion ginger and lemongrass make it to combineand marinate at least 15 min.
2. Baked a chicken until chicken change color to golden.

COCONUT MILK SOUP WITH CHICKEN


Ingredients of COCONUT MILK SOUP WITH CHICKEN

coconut milk 2 cup
chicken soup 1 cup
fresh galangal slicd 2-3 piece
chicken breast fillets cut to a small piece 1 cup
chilies mashed 1 teblespoon.
fish sauce 1 tablespoon
sugar 2 teaspoon
coriander leaves slice 1 tablespoon
tomepoes cut 2 tablespoon

 

Preparation of COCONUT MILK SOUP WITH CHICKEN

1. Boil a coconut milk in a pot and then putchicken stock and galangal in a pot.
2. Boil it around 10 minute and then put chicken and chili in a pot.
3. Put fish sauce, sugar, and tomatoes to a pot.
4.Serve to a bowl and put coriader on the top.Eat with jasmin rice.

Ingredients of Beef Paneng

beef sliced to a small pice 1 cup
red curry paste 2 tablespoon
cooking oil 2 tablespoon
coconut milk 1 cup
sugar 2 tablespoon
fish sauce 2 tablespoon
basil leaves 1 piece
red chilli by sliced1 tablespoon
kaffir lime leaves sliced to a small piece1 tablespoon

Preparation of Beef Paneng

1. Heat the oil in a pan. put red curry paste and stir it around one minute and then put the coconut milk and stir it until it to combine
2. Add beef that sliced, sugar, fish sauce. stri it to combine
3. Add basil, chilli and kaffir lime leaves. stri it around 1 minute
4. Serve to a bowl. eat with jasmine rice.

chilies mashed 1 tablespoon

oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
stock powder 1 teaspoon

Preparation of Stir Fried Swamp Cabbage

1. Prepare a bowl and then put a swamp cabbage, garlic, chili, toa jeaw, oyster sauce, sugar and stock powder.
2. Heat oil in a pan. and then putthe ingredient that already prepare in a bowl. and then stir it 10or 15 sec.
3. Serve to a dishand then eat with jasmin rice.
