Break:

Lunch:
1 plate of rice with chilli, vegetable, Plagray fired, Pat-tai
4 pieces of guana fruit
1 cup of boiled squash
Break:
1 cup of coffee with cream and sugar
1 piece of bread
Dinner:
1 bolw of Mama spicy soup
2 pieces of wholewheat bread with orange yam
Too long menu, with more enjoy eating.
No exercise.
