the 7th day to be 45 kgs
Good evening,
Today is the lazied day of me, woke up at 10 o'clocks. The foods alway make me feel good.
Breakfast:
only 1 glass of yogert + milk + lemon
Lunch:
1 plate of macaroni with sardene and carrot
1 guata fruit
Dinner:
4 pieces of rice souces
5 rose apples
3 pieces of bread with orange yam
The exercise, I joged for about 30 mins.
