the 5th day to be 45 kgs
Good evening,
Today is Monday, I have 2 classes to study, that means I must meet my friends. So that means I have more chance to eat a lot with my friends.
Morning:
1 cup of black coffee
2 pieces of Pang Tod (ขนมแป้งทอด)
Lunch:
1 plate of rice with Khoakling, and pork soup
1 glass of Coconut milk (more sugar because it is too sweet)
1 glass of Coca-cola
1 cup of capucino
Dinner: (a little party)
1 plate of chicken steak with cheeze&tomato source
1 ball of potatos boiled
1 glass of milk
And with no exercise, it seem to much calrolies. It is not good for the dietor.
Today my friend said about my figure that he asked me "did you have increased my wieght?". So bad for me.
But I'm 49 kms, it's not increasing and also not decreasing too.
