กว่าจะมาเป็นปลากระป๋องให้พวกเรา ได้รับประทานกันมันช่างยากเย็นเหลือเกินแต่บัดนี้ ผมจะมาอธิบายอย่างคร่าวให้ท่านฟัง โดยเริ่มจากมารู้จักปลาทูน่า ชนิดต่างๆ กันก่อนเถอะ

ปลาทูน่า นั้นเป็นปลายอดนิยมติดอันดับโลก และมีวิธีการรับประทานมากมายไม่ว่าสด หรือดิบ โดยมีสกุลรุนช่องดังนี้ครับ
