Roasted Chicken (Turkey) stuffed with Hom Mali Rice
Good for a special occasion; holiday party, big dinner, etc. Make 8 servings.
Cooked Thai Hom Mali Rice 3 cups Chicken (or Turkey) 1 (approximately 10 lbs.) Apple dice 1 ½ cup Raisin 1 cup Honey 3 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder 2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon Half black olives ½ cup Salt 1 ½ teaspoon Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 3 hrs Directions: 1. Pre heat oven to 350 degree F 2. Clean chicken or turkey, rub salt all over lightly. 3. Mix cooked Hom Mali rice with all ingredients 4. Stuff chicken with Hom Mali rice mixture 5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 3 hour, or until chicken is cooked to a golden finish and juices run clear. Let stand 10 minutes, then remove Hom Mali rice stuffed. Serve chicken with stuffed Hom Mali rice.
Inspiration: I love Thai Hom Mali rice since it has been the main source of carbohydrate in our family for a long time. Hom Mali rice has its outstanding taste and wonderful smell, which could not be found in any comparable rice. When I cook, I usually use Hom Mali rice as an ingredient and the rice goes very well with any main dish, and more important, my family loves them. This Roasted Chicken Stuffed with Hom Mali rice is great for our holiday party or any gathering dinner that we had. It is an easy to prepare for a big homemade dinner.
