เพลงนี้เป็นเพลงประกอบซีรีส์เรื่อง Smallville หรือเรื่องราวของ Superman นั่นเอง

เนื้อเพลงได้ถ่ายทอดความรู้สึกของ Superman ซูเปอร์ฮีโร่ที่ทุก ๆ คนใฝ่ฝันอยากจะเป็น อยากจะมีพลังวิเศษ อยากจะมีอำนาจอย่างเขา แต่ลึก ๆ แล้วใครจะรู้ว่าเขาก็อยากเป็นเพียงคนธรรมดาคนหนึ่งอย่างเรา ๆ นี่เอง ภายนอกอาจจะดูเข้มแข็ง แต่ความรู้สึกข้างในนั้นก็อยากจะคุกเข่าร้องไห้อย่างคนอื่นเหมือนกัน คงจะเป็นดังคำพูดที่ว่า "Great power comes with great responsibility."

เพลงนี้กลายเป็นเพลงฮิตหลังเหตุการณ์ตึกเวิล์ดเทรดถล่มเมื่อวันที่ 11 กันยายน 2001 ซึ่งสะท้อนความรู้สึกของตำรวจ พนักงานดับเพลิง เจ้าหน้าที่กู้ภัย และกลุ่มคนที่พยายามเข้าไปช่วยเหลือผู้เคราะห์ร้าย

ชื่อของวงนี้มาจากกีฬา Hocky ซึ่งมีกฎว่าถ้ามีเรื่องทะเลาะกันในสนาม จะต้องโดนลงโทษโดยการเข้าไปอยู่ใน penalty box เป็นเวลา 5 นาที
