Land cost 200
Therere 3 brands of gas station in Bhutan : Bharat Petroleum, Indian Oil and Royal Dutch Shell. Here I shows is photo of Bharat Petroleum gas station , even gas station sill has style of Bhutan.
I know information about Bhutanese food, most of Bhutanese dont kill animals for food but foreigners who live in Bhutan such as Indian, Nepalese do that job.
In fact theres no seeing Archery in tour program but I really wanted to see because I read and saw in a book and feeling that it so cool .
Fortunately I found Bhutanese Archery while travelling so I asked for stopping to see that.
....Talking with Bhutanese guide.....
At the dinner in Bhutan , I sat beside Sonam , one Bhutanese guide, I found him at the first time visiting Bhutan and then Nidup was the guide of our trip. Sonam presented his local food but in fact I really dont like, I presented Thai food also which group of us prepared from Thailand.
I asked Sonam that I wonder about Bhutanese architecture , all of places I visited look like the same architecture even any homes. He said that its law of Bhutan , to build a home , architecture of homes outside have to be the same : nation architecture but for inside home, any decorations they like.
I asked him about how often going to the temple of Bhutanese, he said most of Bhutanese going to the temple once a week , theyre usually serious for Buddhism , the picture of praying and holding prayer wheel while walking is the picture we can see in every places we visited
Is it true that Bhutan limited for number of tourists each year???, he said actually its not true but may be because land cost 200 $/day I told him that expense tour for Bhutan is really expensive, for this expense we can visit Europe or Japan.
Really toilet or the bush???
I like architecture of Dhzong which usually built near the river and we can walk on the bridge go through the Dzhong, looks like how to build city in the history mostly near the river because its good location as water is essential in daily life.
Little Buddha one of movie in the past , Paro Dzhong is the place in this movie also (in the past I understood that the place in the story is in Tibet but in fact its in Bhutan).
I saw election advertisement board as Bhutan just had an election for democracy.
.......Bhutanese and King Institution.......
In fact Bhutanese still believe and faith in King Institution. Even now new King in the present graduated from Western countries but he lives his life simple in the way of Bhutanese, love natural resource, and his father planned for his country to have democracy political system.
I asked the guide that "How does he think about an election"??? He agreed about election but still love and faith in King so much especially Fourth King , Fourth King managed education system for children , now children in Bhutan study every subjects in English and study local language too.
.....Kichoo temple......
This temple is believed that in Buddhist Era 1200 while one King of Tibet who married with Chinese Princess. India sent Buddha Image from India to Tibet as a gift for them. But there's an accident that this Buddha Image fallen into pond sludge and can't bring back.
The princess believed that there's a monster so the King made a decision to build 108 temples to destroy monster.
Inside the temple I heard the sound of praying all the time. Leader of our tour said that its not easy to come here so we should pray to dedicate to persons with previous deeds on each other
Guru Rinpoche , the monk who introduced Buddhism here in Buddhist era 8, he did a meditation here.
I spent minimum 2 hours to come here so I wanted to stay inside for a while and would like to meditate there so we meditated . After that all of us had to move out because we had to share for other tourists to stay.
I met some western tourists and talked with them, theyre American , just arrived, they walked all the way spending 3 hours, without riding a horse.
