Coffee making~~today
I was trained by Grinder Coffee Company in Melbourne. It's famous coffee company here. They provide a coffee training course, machine and even coffee beans. Let's have a look what I did today. Yo.......

First, I told you before I don't like cleaning.....I've to do as a job here. T_T
Second, I really hate walking in long way except shopping, but I do have to.
Next, I'm not keen on coffee especially I get an headache everytime I smell coffee, but I have to work in coffee environment like restaurant or cafe'. T_T
Anyway, I enjoy learning how to make a nice coffee even if I can't drink it. kiki
Tips:
- Coffee bean should be in the grinder not longer than a week
- Coffee powder from the chamber of grinder should be used before 15 minutes otherwise coffee will be smell bitter. Nice coffee smell like vanilla or fruit.
- Milk~ We have to froth the milk up to warm 55C then heat it up to 70C and down your hand to make bubble. Remember: the steamer wand should be in a halfway of milk
- Pour milk into the coffee at the center of cup, first slow and then pour it fast until you get the full of cup with your own decoration like heart or whatever. ^^
Different style of coffee.
1. Espresso (Short black) ~ 30 ml of coffee. Use only a little cup of coffee, no milk
2. Long black~ 1/2 hot water + 40 ml of Espresso, no milk
3. Cappuchino~30 ml of Espresso, milk with bubble and chocolate powder
4. Latte~30 ml of Espresso, milk with bubble 1 cm
5. Flatwhite~30 ml of Espresso, mill with bubble a little bit
